At least to me there is a very noticeable difference in taste when drinking different waters, Aquafina and Dasani taste like ocean water with the amount of salt and “minerals” they add for “flavor”. Arrowhead straight tastes like someone is pissing in the water idk if it has something to do with their bottle or what but it’s rank. Fiji also doesn’t taste like tap water at least to me. Tap water where I live there is a faint metallic or mineral like taste from traveling through the pipes and Fiji water doesn’t have that. The best water I’ve come to find is actually Crystal Geyser. It’s completely purified mountain spring water and the quality of the water is insane. Growing up it’s the only bottle of water my dad would buy because of how basic and simple it was. I’m honestly surprised you didn’t notice any difference in taste but hey were all different and there’s nothing wrong with that. Keep up the great content my guy.

I did a pretty comprehensive water blind taste test and saying that there's no difference between them makes me question if I should listen to him about food and drink now. The difference between Fiji and Evian alone was huge, let alone comparing how they tasted to waters like tap water or Dasani

I work at a property in the borough of Lichtenberg and the water has a stagnant flavour. So I prefer mineral water, even it is tested as drinking water.

There's nothing difficult or struggling about waiting 12 hours to eat. If there is, you're probably malnourished or you need to learn to control your diet better.
I can go 3-4 days without eating before my gut is in any sort of pain, and while that's an extreme case(I wouldn't expect anyone else to go that long) waiting half a fucking day shouldn't be noteworthy to any adult.

After 6h your brain stops working properly without any drop of water when you need to be active all the day. Also Ramadan can come any time of the year, during summer or during winter. fasting in Summer is pretty harsh if you live in north Africa or golf. summer in some Some islands gets pretty harsh too. Fasting during winter feels like cheating ngl. Also fasting and sleeping all day without being active is seen as cheating.
There is different type of fasting, and Islamic Fasting is most merciful one IMO.
