I am typically not a fan of gold but it really worked on the tan pumpkin The silver gave it just what it needed to class it up. You have such a good eye to see just what is needed to finish a piece off. I applaud your patience to do the all of the fussy work. It always pays off. I love the metallic powders. Love the beige pumpkin and how you finished it! You should hold online classes or maybe even a couple of retreats in your area to teach those of us that have no creativity how to finish off/embellish our projects. I, for one, would definitely sign up and pay for online classes of this nature. Might even attend a retreat if you ever did one (I'm in Arizona so would have to see how much travel would be).
I wish I knew how to do that because I probably would....

I wonder if you put a bit of clear resin in before you put the cured topography part in if that might work. Maybe you wouldn’t have to double top coat. Love the mica powder hack. Pumpkins are beautiful.

I use uv resin that thick all the time to make jewelry. I am not surprised it worked. lol
I am not usually a gold/cream girlie, but that pumpkin with the added silver is awesome! Very pretty molds.

I wonder. Could you perhaps use that repositional spray for the topography mold? Like Aleene's Repositionable Tacky Spray or Stencil Ease Adhesive Spray? I use it when I want to stick a stencil to a canvas. I will see if it will work and let you know! lol Molds should get here Thursday I believe so I may be able to work on them this weekend. :)

They still haven’t put a new tarp on my roof yet & again this morning we had a down pour. Another section of my dining room ceiling fell down. Then when I spoke to the Contractor he asked me if I had planed on leaving while they do the work. I told him that I don’t have anywhere to go bc I have a cat, but now that the damage is so much worst. I really don’t know what to do. If you have any suggestions I would truly appreciate it? Contact a public adjuster asap to fight for you against the insurance company, otherwise they will take full advantage of you! The public adjuster gets a small percentage when you get paid or they don’t get paid. We had to have one and we got an additional $100,000 for our damages that they wouldn’t give us!!

@HeartCreationsByRenee2 well sometimes the finished result is so much what I love and so beautiful it's like Christmas and I didn't want to know till morning haha. Both of those pumpkins were stunning. That cream pumpkin though OH MY GOODNESS. There may be alot of people who care about the thumbnail so definitely think they're good but for those of us who are watching regardless. The silver pumpkin, I would've been watching and been like ok a silver pumpkin then BAM all these colors looking like a vintage ornament....well never saw that coming. You know you have to watch these videos all the way through because it's all about that embellishing at the end that make Michelle different then the rest, well we can't forget her values, she doesn't and who doesn't want to tune in a support someone like her.

I was wondering, unless I missed it with these younguns being loud, why do you have to back coat and front coat the topos?
Because they cannot regain the seal once removed from the mold and resin leaks underneath and then the original cast sticks out of the top a little bit.
What is the silicone you use to make your molds ?
