I have seen slightly damaged Lladros sell for presumably less than they would have sold if pristine. In the few cases of these damaged pieces selling, the buyer was warned of the damage ahead of time with photos, the damage was minor and either fixable or in a spot not easily seen. and/or In the case of one chipped piece of a two-piece set, it may have only been the one undamaged piece desired by the buyer. Of course, I would likely try to buy the unbroken piece alone, but a seller may not want the broken piece left to sell. Best of luck buyers and sellers.

Yes you are exactly right on point in what you are saying. I cannot see a valuable piece of artwork. Drop to zero value due to one very small to small. Chip or crack, said that, if the crack is so wide, long and deep. That your Liadro statue can double as a piggy bank. Then yes.
