Wow, what a blast! I'm familiar with the backend, but learning how to design good looking UIs with this series of videos is really great! Thank you so much!
I love the walkthrough and the explanation of what you are doing, why you are doing it. Nice to get insights into the controls and settings. I love the design challenges, Every time I am surprised at how well you are able to meet or exceed the design requirements
This was great thanks, I have been using Xamarin a few years now yet I still learned a few good xaml tricks from you in the UI. Perhaps in a future video you could walk through some great backend techniques or offer it as part of your paid for training. I am looking for real best practices in making a stable application but not finding much out on the internet. Covering things like login, rest services with a good framework with retries etc. Basically everything needed to build a good solid and clean application.
Thanks for the video, but my shadows aren´t working as espected, they keep "cutting/hiding" behind the actual border component, someone else with the same problem?
+Thank you for your tutorial,I noticed that the application is not responsive across all devices. For example, on tablets, the top carousel list is not visible. Is there any way to fix this issue?
I regularly do challenges for one platform/device type, due to time constraints. It's probably a matter of adding specific properties depending on the device / platform you need.
Thank you so much for your amazing Maui video! I tried out your challenge and followed your instructions to write the source code. Everything seems to be working fine except for the shadow property, which doesn't seem to have any effect. when I tested it on a real phone, the shadow partially worked, but it doesn't appear as it does in your demonstration, but when using the Android emulator, the issue persisted. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Not really, I have tested on an Android emulator and had no problems. Maybe it would help to check that the order of the elements is correct, sometimes when one of the elements is not nested correctly unwanted visual things happen.
@@aziafihraf-nz2mx When using .NET 8, in my case, shadows work properly, but in my physical device (Samsung S21+) it doesn´t. Another thing that happens is that to change StrokeShape="RoundRectangle 100,100,100,100"
I don't take note of anything, because sharing the final code is not an obligation, the purpose of the challenges is that those who watch the video practice replicating the challenge, that's why I shared the assets as downloadable.

You get my dislike, because you don't add public repo! Hope you take your notes.
