If I had a character, here are some added moves I'd give them, AND some extra moves I'd give to some other characters
Editor's Lock - Super(melee)
Use this as a counter! If it lands, lock your opponent in place and attack them with a fast-acting spin! Use extra input to launch a blast from far away that, if it hits, locks the opponent in place!
Edit Wall - Super(melee)
Create a wall of the hardest material in the universe and launch it at an opponent, then strike with dropkick.
Rush Blast - Super(Ki)
Charge at the opponent and strike! If you don't reach, you will automatically fire off the stored energy from the charge.
Editorial Finale - Super(Melee)
Kick your opponent up to the sky, and then cut them off and grab them to steal their stamina and replace it with your Ki. This can be done until your opponent runs out of stamina or if your ki fills.
Editorial Back Breaker - Ultimate(melee)
Kick your opponent into the ground, and then strike them with a barrage of ki-powered kicks.
Burning Finisher
Launch a fierce flurry of kicks, lock them in place, and then do a roundabout kick to kick your opponent into the ground!
Hat Trick(Jaru) - Super(Ki)
Throw your hat at opponents like a Destructo Disc. It has amazing homing and great damage. Use extra input to create a field around the enemy and have the Hat continually rebound and attack!
Hat Trick(CAC) - Super(melee)
Summon a Hat, and launch it at the opponent like a Destructo Disc. Use extra input to grab the opponent and hold them still until the Hat rebounds and attacks again.
If that Hakai move was In XenoVerse 2, it would be the most overpowered and disrespectful move in the game

Gotta be honest with everyone: How they translate the cinematic skills/supers from Legends to Xenoverse 2 just doesn't feel right. Like it belongs on a different game, like Raging Blast or DBZ Kakarot.
