Beautifully and professionally done. No time-lapse, no conversation, no radio, no narration, just the soothing engine sound, this way viewers can enjoy the video in peace. You are the best. Big like for you.
This video doesn’t even come close to doing it justice. It is so much prettier in person. It’s the prettiest forested highway in the USA. IMHO. Awesome video.
I lived in Colorado for 4 years in the mid 70's. As you were climbing to the tree line I was waiting for my ears to pop and to experience the thin atmosphere. But I live in Michigan now.
A very beautiful trip and another gem ride in Colorado. This state really is the top destination so far on my wish list. As usually you did a great job, and the experience was relaxing. Thank you.
@@AdventureEveryDay Glad you enjoy it! It look amazingly beautiful during the fall colors (usually the last 2 weeks of September). Plus Telluride, Ouray along the San Juan Mountains are also some of most beautiful places in Colorado. I’m also a long time subscriber to your channel and been enjoying all your beautiful 4K videos. Keep it coming…Cheers!
Yes, the area around Telluride, Ouray and Durango in southwest Colorado is very special! Thanks for being a long time subscriber, we definitely appreciate your support!
Independence Pass is so beautiful but narrow road is so scary. I am happy CDOT finally installed the small light traffic. I finally got to see Independence Pass before off to Aspen.
It’s definitely very narrow in some places, and some other drivers are fond of riding towards the middle of the road in the narrower stretches which really makes things interesting.
Absolutely amazing drive on Independence Pass. We drove it too last september, in a RV, in the other direction. Would love to return once and do also some hikes around, the region has endless opportunities for outdoor activities. Thanks for the video, greetings from a road-tripper from Germany!
What a beautiful trip, thank you so much for uploading ❤ I really enjoy these videos. Unfortunately I have never been to the states but one of my goals is to travel to Colorado anytime soon! It's so beautiful ❤ and this trip felt like experiencing it in real 😊
I just drove to Aspen from Texas, on up Independence Pass into Aspen. I for sure felt some of the elevation effects. Nothing crazy, but the lower oxygen made for some light headedness. Well worth it though. By far the coolest road trip of my life.
Is there anyway I can send you an email? I have a ton of questions about driving the pass. It says on Google there’s not a lot of guard rails, but looking at your drive. It looks like there’s a ton of guard rails that make you feel safe?
If you visit our channel you’ll find the About section, and you can see our email address there. There are some sections with guard rails and some without on this road.
Great video! Are you using a dash camera to capture this or a regular dslr camera if you don't mind me asking? Btw thanks so much for making these videos they're really peaceful.

Glad you like our video format!
Well said. I agree. I put these videos full screen on my big screen TV and turn off the room lights. It puts you there.
I really don’t know what makes me enjoy scenic views like this but I’d also enjoy it if 50’s music was playing softly in the background.

Glad you enjoyed the ride! As our channel continues to grow we’ll hopefully end up visiting and recording the UK countryside too!
Traveled through this pass in September 2011 and will never forget its beauty. Incredible views all the way into Aspen!!!
The entire route is exceptionally beautiful!
I just love Colorado
Remarkable advebture, variegated landscapes.

The midwest is certainly different that Colorado. Michigan definitely has its fair share of adventures to offer though. Thanks for watching!

Добрый день. Очень красивая природа вдоль дороги.

what a beautiful ride. Can you do same road during the winter? It has to be beautiful when it is covered by snow
Unfortunately this route is closed during the winter
@@AdventureEveryDay okay nevermind :) any road in winter would be nice :D
I was the 1000th like!
Very cool! Thanks!
This is stunning. We are traveling to Denver this summer. Can anyone tell me how far this would be to do the entire drive? Where would we enter from?
We began this drive in Twin Lakes, Colorado, which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Denver.
Magnifique ⭐👌🥰🥰🇺🇸
🤍
The relays in snowmass I would take this route.
🧡
Love the landscape
💚
Stunning views. Just wondering. Did you feel any altitude effects at 12000 feet?
Most people will certainly feel the altitude effects at 12,000 feet, yes.

die Alpen von Amerika sehr schön

I greatly appreciate your many scenic videos. What do you use for recording them?

Heard different things about this road. What would you recommend if you have a fear of heights
Stunning stuff. What are you shooting these with? The quality is outstanding. I'm surprised TH-cam isn't chewing it up.
Wspaniały film. świetne kolory. Bardzo dobra kamera nnie widać aby trzęsła się przy nagrywaniu. Pozdrawiam z Warszawy. 🛴
Dziękuję! Cieszę się, że podoba ci się wideo!
I’ll be coming to Colorado in April 19-27. Is this route and Trail Ridge rd closed at this time usually?
It really just depends on how much snow there is still up at the higher elevations. Always want to double check before making the trip.
@@AdventureEveryDay for sure. Thank you so much!!
@@evanmtcka both usually open around Memorial Day in May
@ yeah I had a great time there. Super awesome clean state! Was not prepared for that much snow which closed a lot lol

Should have ended in Glenwood Springs the end of the road.
We’ll do a separate video of the drive from Aspen to Glenwood Springs
