I agree with him about the potential of the real estate sector and Pakistan as a whole. But, why did I not buy units in one of his high rise projects and choose another credible Developer, because his company's business model is different in which they are not willing to give the possession of units to the buyer and controls the market appreciation percentage. The market appreciation of the unit should be determined by the market instead of the Third Party in their agreement. Moreover, if you rent out your purchased unit, it will also be decided and managed by the Third Party, because you do not own the unit at the end. Why are buyers buying it? It is due to their Monthly Rental Model, because it seems so lucrative if we see it. You will pay 50 Lac at once and get 50,000 Monthly Rent. But, if you decide to sell the unit, the rent paid from them will be deducted from the Unit Market Appreciation Percentage. So, at the end, it does not add major asset value to your portfolio. I am not discouraging or warning anyone from investing in his projects, but presenting facts from the experience which I had with them. I might be wrong. The decision is all yours.

It is humbly request to each and every influencer to convey ideas in simple Urdu language so that majority of the people may understand the discussion.
