Good customer service(which is the most importantthing imo)! From personal experience, if multiple snow cone vendors are there, that machine doesn't have a chance if the other is using a real SHAVED ice machine like the SnoWizard for example. The crunchy stuff just doesn't compare. I have 3 trucks in two years, trust me if you get a better machine people will love your product so much more. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to make than crunchy ice, but believe me, it's worth it. The only time i would use a machine like this is at a childrens only event with thousands of kids. Kids dont care, they just want sugar lol
Yeah, we know! We may add another machine later. Right now we only do events where we are the only one serving shaved ice. Thanks for watching
I’m in search of a soft ice snowcone machine. Snowie was on my radar it looks like it was soft.

@FortunateSon you can't go wrong with a Southern Snow New Orleans style machine. I've never used the one that runs off battery so I wouldn't have an idea of how quickly the battery drains. Also, it depends on the space in the truck. The dip pan is about 3'x2' so you would need enough counter space for that.

Probably a dumb question, but how were you able to make the page with all of the QR codes for the different types of cash apps? And then do you just get a text on your phone or something that tells you the customer has paid you at that moment?

Glad to see you are using a Snowie Cube Pro ice shaver! Did you know we sell flower cup attachments for the shaver? We also have a mounting bracket if you would like to mount it to the counter top. Love this video though! Congrats on your business!

When you started out with the little snowie machine was it hard to keep up when you had a line? I currently have a trailer and thinking about doing shaved ice. I was trying to start with a inexpensive machine to see how it goes in my area before putting a lot of money into a bigger machine.
The little snowie actually did pretty well because it is so fast. The biggest event we did with the little snowie was about 1000 people. The only negative was constantly having to add ice because it only holds a small amount. But, it definitely is a great start.
