I think a punk route would make them more like anti-idols similar to how jpop has an anti-idol idol industry incorporating punk and metal along side shocking lyrics in order to create a alternative to the norm. I'm happy that more groups like Young Posse, XG and Kiss of Life are emerging which will change or at least give a different color to Kpop industry which is very mainstream and increasingly boring. Hopefully there will be more groups like this in the future.
@@nuages8915 Well technically XG is not Kpop, they label themselves as Xpop/Global Group which means they can be whatever they want Kpop, Jpop or even American pop, they are trained using the Kpop system, their CEO, team and staff are also Korean, so XG is also part of Kpop in my opinion and I don't care what other people think because I'm sick and tired of people who like to compartmentalize certain groups.

@@nuages8915 Well technically XG is not Kpop, they label themselves as Xpop/Global Group which means they can be whatever they want Kpop, Jpop or even American pop, they are trained using the Kpop system, their CEO, team and staff are also Korean, so XG is also part of Kpop in my opinion and I don't care what other people think because I'm sick and tired of people who like to compartmentalize certain groups.

kpop 필드에서도 작년에 나온 키오프 이후 뮤비 아트, 곡 퀄리티가 가장 좋은 신인 걸그룹인 듯.

You got young posse, kiss of life, babymonster, unis, illit, candy shop, global girl groups vcha and katseye and not to mention sm and jyp eventual 5th gen girl groups down the road.
