Good stuff!! I didn't know there was a difference and I was about to take the SHRM because people said you should have it. I don't know ANYTHING about HR!! I want a darn job!!! I can't with my business degree, even get a job!! Zero experience!! Where do I get it if you don't give me a job!!!
Sometimes companies do not want to hire you if you have zero experience..and then if you are a bit older all you see is recent grads for internships..hr can be difficult to gt into..im still goin to try.
I have a B.S. in Business Administration with experience in HR Administration, HR Generalist/Talent acquisition, & Payroll as a contract with several companies since 2012. Do I qualify to take the PHR?
