HCF bond angle will be less then expected ... Like you may take some case of CH3F ... In it the H-C-H angle will be greater than H-C-F angle ...Coming back to this question The bond angles will be of the order H-C-H > H-C-F > F-C-F
Warning - Serious doubt ahead Doubt-1 Sir as you said that In CH2F2 , F will decrease s character and increase the p character in the orbital it's present. And also since p character is more so bond's length will increase. My doubt is that will this also affect Bond strength of C-F bond ? (Can we indirectly comment on the bond strength also using bent rule.) Doubt -2 If we use simple noob concept that F is more electronegative then carbon and H so C-F bond will be more stronger than C-H bond. But if we look by measure of bond length Then obviously C-H bond is shorter here due to H being a small atom and increased s character in the orbitals of C-H But we also say that bond strength is inversely proportional to bond length. So aren't these two contradicting each other.
That noob concept is incorrect because electronegativity could not be used for bond strength in sigma bond case, Your first concept via bents rule is right

Sir it is my humble request, some teachers tell al2cl6 has 3c-4e- bond, and some tell that the bridge bonds in al2cl6 is actually 2bonds coordinate and covalent and it is not 3c-4e-.i will be glad if u make a video on this or at least reply to this comment Thank u sir🙏🙏❤
