Someone else in the comments said the makeup used is expired, but I'm not so sure about the Icee Glamlite eyeshadows. But those truly are a waste to grind up for something like this considering how amazing they are on performance and pigmentation. 😭 The cherry Icee one is something I use on a regular basis too for my red eyeshadow looks. They truly are indie eyeshadow gems.
