Hi there! What is considered a “best” cover is very subjective. I chose these particular covers because they are known in the comic book community as being classic. Whether one likes the cover or not is a different story, but many would agree that these books became iconic not only because they are some sort of key issue, but also because they have a cover that many collectors admire. The line between iconic and best can be a very fine one. Thanks for commenting!
You oppinion, your list, I just think its unfair to call this "the best COMIC BOOK covers". No you have only included the covers from the superhero genre, which is not representative of the entire medium. Its like if I were to make a video of "the best book covers of all time " and only included mystery novels.
I am sorry, but I don’t agree with the title. Maybe saying this is a video of some of the most iconic cover would have been better. I just feel that more modern artists have created better covers. Also, how can you give all credit for New Mutants #87 to Liefeld? McFarlane did work on it, as well. I mean, his name is on the cover.
Hi there! I can dig that... there are a lot of artists from this era that are doing some stunning work. Jason Fabok and Andrea Sorrentino are two that come to mind for me. Their stuff is amazing. As for the NM 87... you got me, I actually neglected to mention McFarlane, so thanks for pointing that out :)
Agreed. From an Artist's _point of view,_ one of the ways to help you define/discover a *Neal* *Adams* Illustration is to remember he usually draws the *Forearms* of his SuperHero Subjects noticeably *larger* than their respective *Biceps.*
Hi there! I can appreciate your opinion, but “best” is very subjective. I’m sure if you were to publish a list of your favourites, there would be some people who agree with you and some telling you yours are terrible too....the point I’m trying to make is whether you like these covers or not, you can’t argue with their success. They became iconic for a reason... Anyway that’s just my opinion. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment.
I can see what you are saying... “best” is relative however... I could have picked covers that many don’t know and try to explain why they are good, but I’m not an artist.. I usually foster a historical and cultural perspective and that is what I was going for. Not sure if I explained that or not..
Nice video! Killing Joke, Dark Knight Returns 1, Captain Atom 83, Watchmen 1, V for Vendetta 1, Nightwing 150, Batman 358, Batman 700, Detective Comics 880, Batman 1 (New 52), and Star Wars 42 (Marvel, Vol. 1) are some of my favorites!

I agree with you about everything you mentioned except for the pronunciation god Carmine’s name. He is Italian-American. His name was always meant to be said “carminay” but it got bastardized by people who don’t know the rules of Italian pronunciation. It’s like calling a guy named Jose “Josie.” Anyway that’s just my two cents... cheers!

You have a lot of good choices, my list would include most of the comics I got when I was a kid in the mid 1970s to the early 1980s because of what covers caught my eye that helped me decide what I was buying off those old spinner racks
You have alot of good covers from 80's but 70's featured greats like Ross Andru,Gil Kane and alotta good spider-man books and the sub-mariner had some worth mentioning ( tigershark 1st app)

my favorite comic book cover was X-Men 135 (1980) because it was THE comic that changed me from a DC fanboy to a Marvel X-MEN fan. The cover was awesome, and even though I was 10, I'm pretty sure that i hit puberty that day.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you letting me know you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing! Hope to hear from you again on this channel!
Great list, but my three favorite covers are Batman #244 by Neal Adams, Batman #244 is my undisputed cover champion, that cover has it all, Daredevil #1 by Bill Everett and Jack Kirby and Amazing Fantasy #15 cover by Jack Kirby, first version of AF #15 was done by Steve Ditko before Stan Lee had Kirby redo it.
Thanks! Glad you liked the list! Those are some really amazing covers you mentioned! Among them, Batman 244 is my favourite! And with respect to AF 15, you never can go wrong with anything by jack Kirby! He was the man! Thank for watching!!
I know art is subjective, but some of the art covers are not very inspiring. You pointed out lots of popular comics but doesn't necessarily mean they are good. Instead of talking about their popularity or first appearances, explain why you think its good. How the cover use: line, form, shape, color, texture, value, and space. What are the art principles that draws the eye into the image and what elements hold the viewer attention? I like your premise, just need to work on your execution. Keep at it.
Thanks for your comment! I appreciate it. My angle is always cultural significance. I never get into detail with art style because frankly, I don’t know anything about art lol Thanks for watching and commenting!
It's Herb Trimpe with a long "e". Captain America number 100 was a continuation of Tales of Suspence, where Cap had been featured with Iron Man. I believe it is Carmine with a long "I" and silent "e". Hate Liefeld art, don't agree on those covers, but mostly do with you other choices. I can think of about a thousand others I'd list, but no room or time, LOL.
Lol right on! Yeah, a lot of people don’t like the Liefeld ones lol thanks for clearing up the pronunciation of ‘Trimpe’ I wasn’t sure. As far as Infantino, I know people say Carmine with a long I and silent e, but I know he was Italian-American and in Italian that name is said “Carminay.” I just know that because I am of Italian ancestry lol I guess it was just a tribute to his heritage lol thank for watching and commenting!
Wow a best comics covers video, with nothing by Brian Bolland, Dave Stevens or Adam Hughes, and not a single Sensation Comics cover or even a Wonder Woman cover from the 40's. Come to think of it I didn't see any Carl Barks covers on the list either and there was no Joe Kubert covers either and one of my personal favorite covers of the 70's was Tarzan #207 (first DC Comics issue). There are a ton of funny book covers from the 40's through 60's that saw no representation either (and I don't mean Uncle Scrooge as all of his best were done by Carl Barks. So I get that these are what you consider to be the best, but I'm just afraid that we will have to disagree on what constitutes best. The main purpose of my reply even after such a long time since you posted the list was to get you to look in to some of these other artists and covers, even if it's only by perusing some on the web. Dell/Gold Key, Charlton, ACG, Fawcett, Archie and Harvey all have at least a few covers that are worth a mention. Don't get me wrong, some of the covers you mentioned are some of my all time favorites as well. But many of them I passed up when they were released as ok, but not worth picking up based on the cover art. Just my 2 cents worth, and now that pennies are no longer made of copper you can take that for a whole lot less if you like. I do like your channel btw, and plan to hit that sub button right after I post this.
Thanks so much! I appreciate your comment and your support! Your comment was great! Admittedly my weakness in the comic book world is Indy comics. My collection is a lot of marvel, DC and select few image books. I need to look into Dell and Golden Key more as well as others. Thanks for the suggestions! I will look into them. Thanks you for watching, commenting and subbing my friend. Hope to hear from you again on another video soon!
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed this video! I agree, afterwards I realized that I forgot AF 15 and ASM 1. I love those covers and forgot them lol thanks for watching and commenting!
Dante, may I gently urge you to invest in The Gerber Photo Journal set? If you already have them, I apologize. If not, you owe it to get them to go through and see covers you may never have seen to add to the pool of books to add to your list of greats. .
Enjoyed the list and have most of the books mentioned. Of course a hand full not to many collectors is the world could own them..:) I too love all the books you listed. And I would include personally for me..the detective comics 880 and I love the goon #1 1999 cover as well. Actually could add so many more. Great job and thanks for sharing as always.
I wish you went more into some old pre code horror covers. There were some brutal and great covers that I think hold a large significance in comic history.
Man I am halfway through this video and so far i don't agree with a single selection. You seriously think a Hulk issue with pink and fluorescent green is a good color scheme? And what's with the obsession with Rob Liefield? His covers are a mess! I'm an artist, and the first thing you learn (which Liefield apparently never did) is that simplicity is everything. Liefeild's everything but the kitchen sink approach is just terrible IMO. I'm not knocking you or your tastes, Dante, I just disagree.
Oh no problem! I can respect that. And I love hearing from people who are actual artists. I’m not an artist, I just select partially based on what I like and partially based on what is considered “good,” “classic,” or “iconic” in the comic book collecting hobby. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Dante--actually now that I'm most of the way through the vid, I agree with some of the choices like Giant Sized X-Men and the Silver Surfer covers. But where is the Avengers cover with Hawkeye shooting Antman on an arrow?
Your comment makes you sound like somebody who likes to say "as an artists". Im interested to hear who is teaching you art because "the first thing you learn is simplicity is everything" is a gross overgeneralisation, and if you really believe this then you have misunderstood what your teachers have been teaching you. The idea of simplicity is an idea created to HELP artists and to guide newcomers to create and analyse works of VISUAL art that is meant to guide them with a starting point; it teaches you to only use and present what you need, to give the person observing the art mental breathing space. But this is not a ""rule"" Unless you are learning art in Vienna in 1840 then you're being taught art on the foundations of a variety of movements ranging from renaissance to modernist. In both these very wide movements there are pieces of visual art that are world renowned that depict hectic and messy scenes, far from being "simple".
BlueIncal--nobody is teaching me anything because I've been making video games, doing comic art, t-shirt/poster art, and working in advertising for thirty years so you and I aren't even on the same planet in terms of experience with art. It is clear from your dopey post that you misinterpreted what I was saying. This video is about comic COVERS. Covers, like t-shirt art, "read" best if you can recognize them from a distance. If you notice, most logos (Like Coca Cola) are simple, direct and instantly recognizable. There is a reason for that. SIMPLICITY. A comic book cover should follow completely different rules than the art inside. Look at the cover of Killing Joke, Marvels #2 or Black Panther #1 (Coates)--they are classics due to their striking simplicity.
@@Noodleydoo you're right because you want people to know what the painting is about. You first need to know what you're illustratrating first before even getting started.
That was fun to watch, missed a few but fun. Amazing Fantasy 15, Tmnt 1 first print, The Dark Knight Returns 1, Catwoman 51 Adam Hughes cover, Uncanny Xmen 142, Marvel Comics Presents Weapon X 72, Batman 404, Xmen 1, Amazing Spider-Man 3. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed the video! You listed some great covers there! I may have to make another video like this in the future! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Yup! I noticed that afterwards and someone pointed it out to me. I think I might have made mention 9f the error in the description too but I can’t remember lol thanks for the info!
My personal favorite comic cover is actually from a 90's issue of Doctor Strange. It comes from issue #50 of Doctor Strange: Sorcerer supreme (1993) and has a really cool holographic effect where the magic in Dr. Strange's hand spins and shines. The issue itself is really a fun read too, since it also features Silver Surfer, Hulk, and Ghost Rider aiding Dr. Strange in a battle against Dormammu.
You can pick it up online for around 5 bucks. I got it at a local comic Con as part of a deal bundle of 10 for $5. I recently found out this issue is the first unofficial appearance of the Secret Defenders
Error on my part about the ward thing apologies! Thanks, I had no idea it was a totally new Green lantern. I never read the golden age lantern stories. Thanks for commenting!
I miss the days when the cover reflected the contents. Its got to the point where a variant will feature a full cover shot of someone who isn't even in the book.
This was a really fun video that is absolutely screaming for a sequel .(Okay , it's me who's screaming for a sequel ) You could do 10 more of these and not come close to covering (see what I did there) all of the best ones .But should you do another one may I suggest Fantastic Four #51 : This Man , This Monster and Man of Steel #1 (1986), as it kicked off the post crisis DC Universe . Really glad I stumbled onto your channel and count me among the subscribed .
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I will definitely be looking into making sequels! Thanks for the suggestion and thank you so much for subscribing. Welcome to the channel and I hope to hear from you on another video soon!
With due respect, I don't think this a really a "best covers" list. I know that best covers is inherently subjective, but you aren't providing any explanation as to WHY these covers are good, outside of "first appearance of famous character in this issue!". That doesn't explain what makes the cover art good. I wish you had gone more into what makes the cover good ART, stuff like layout, color usage, artstyle, etc.
Hey there! Thanks for the suggestion... I don’t know much about art technique so I wouldn’t do these covers any justice by trying to explain artistic aspects of these covers. I chose these covers because they are revered by collectors as being the best due to the issue being some sort of key or being a “classic” cover. I humbly concede to the fact that I’m unsure as to what make these covers “classic” other than they became part of cultural zeitgeist at the time. Thank you for commenting!
I met Herb Trimpe at Denver Comic Con a few years ago and I asked him how his last name was pronounced. He said "... it's like Stan said in an old soapbox- rhymes with Shrimpy." LOL!
Thanks so much for your kind comment! I really appreciate it!!! You are absolutely right about Alex Ross. He has some stunning work. I actually left out a few things by accident in this video. Alex Ross is one... Amazing Fantasy 15 another lol thank you for watching and commenting!
I'm glad you gave Steranko some love. His Shield covers were classic. My favorite cover, though, is _House of Secrets_ #123 by Frank Robbins. Who wants i_scream?
I just googled it! That is one of my new favorites!! So original! And as far as Steranko, he is one of my all time favourite artists! Thanks for watching and commenting!
My best from this list: Secret Wars 1 Crisis of Infinite Earths 1 Batman 428 Wolverine 10 X Men 137 Batman 251 Amazing Spider Man 129 Hulk 377 *New Teen Titans 1 and Wonder Woman 1 (1987) by George Perez should be on list too
What's up with the creepy whisper, I thought Hannibal Lecter was gonna get me? @17:00 the name is pronounced SIN KEV VITCH, he did most of the really good Moon Knight and New Mutants art. His Warlock was phenomenal.
U have some that the art is fair but not great. Most expensive maybe. How can u not put the giant-size crossover "Spider-man vs Superman" on here or giant size annual spider-man vs morbius n man-wolf!!! The cover art on these is Amazing!!!! nuff said
I like "Silver Surfer (1988) # 1 by the french Artist Moebius". By the way: John DiFool is one of the best Comic-Series ever written :-) "John DiFool" (other name: THE INCAL) created the whole style of BLADE RUNNER and a lot of other movies. You need to check out THE INCAL, if you have not yet. I think maybe its the most important comic book of all times from Europe.
Thank you my friend! Funny enough I have a WTF cover video. Check out my channel... it’s called “worst comic covers of all time.” It might give you a laugh lol

although i do agree with most of them and thought you did a good job with the vid ,and did love your mention of the wrightson cover of house of secrets ..he is hugely underappreciated
I agree with all of these, but I will state some of my favorites I feel couldve made this list! :D - GI Joe, #21 "Silent Interlude" by Larry Hama (Snake Eyes backstory and First Appearance of Storm Shadow) -Werewolf by Night, #32 "The Stalker called Moon Knight" by Gil Kane (First Appearance of Moon Knight) -Godzilla, #1 "The Coming" by Herb Trimpe (First ever Godzilla Comic) -Uncanny X-Men, #266 "The Mutant Named Gambit" by Chris Claremont (First Appearance of Gambit) -TMNT, #1 by Kevin Eastman (First Appearance of the TMNT) -Raphael, #1 by Kevin Eastman (First Appearance of Casey Jones) -All Star Comics, #8 "Two new members win their spurs" by Everett E Hibbard (Frist Appearance of Wonder Woman) -Fantastic Four, #52 "The Black Panther" by Joe Sinnott (...Really need a reason why it's popular?) -Marvel Spotlight, #5 "Ghost Rider" by Mike Ploog (First Appearance of Ghost Rider) -New Teen Titans, #2 "Today, the Terminator" by George Perez (First Appearance of DeathStroke) -Punisher War Journal, #7 "Endangered Species" by Jim Lee (Punisher vs Wolverine) -Cap America Annual, #8 "Tess One" by Mike Zeck (First Cap America vs Wolverine) -Batman, #1 "The Dark Knight Returns" by Frank Miller (Iconic story by Frank Miller) -The Crow, #1 by James O Barr (First issue of the Crow) ...Etc. xD
Wow, reading through these comics and there are so many haters! lol. You definitely picked some greatest of all time, but I think you left some out as well. Regardless, these all were great covers and I think you did a really good job. Just a few you could have added NM 98, AF 15 (not sure how you missed that lol) ASM 122, Batman 404 (Year one), Batman/Harley Quinn (Alex Ross Cover), ASM 39, and Superman #1 (Golden Age series). Over all, really good vid! Don't mind the haters that always have to complain about something!
Hi there! Thanks for your positive comments! I appreciate them. Yup, I missed a few, but I’ve made and am making follow up videos to the ones I’ve missed. Check out the channel... I recently posted viewers choice covers where I go through covers that were suggested by the viewers. Great suggestions on those covers! I will definitely add to the next one I make like this. Yeah, haters will be haters...I don’t pay any attention to them lol you should see the hate comments on the worst comic book covers video I did. Some of them are hilarious lol thanks for watching and commenting...
Ha ha actually I have... and you’re right, I should have said you can’t go wrong with 80s Frank Miller. Dark knight strikes again is another bad one by him lol
Batman: Son of the Demon, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #4, Batman New 52 #4, The Flash New 52 #12, and Green Arrow #58 (2001). Those are some great covers in my opinion.
Cool video. However- the death of Robin Issue’s Cover was drawn by Mike Mignola and not Jim Aparo. And Alpha Flight 106’s Cover was By Mark Pacella and not Rob Liefeld.

*Rah me dah as in rhymes with Andromeda
Ok,I said that before he mentioned Carmine Infantino so I spoke too soon🤦🏻♂️. Probably not many in the great white north named Carmine though😜
This is what a Canadian accent sounds like
I think some Alex Ross covers need to be on here, along with the famous Detective Comics #880 cover by Jock.
Yup, you’re right!
These are just famous covers NOT best covers
Some of these are awful.

My favorite cover is Cat Woman 51. By Adam Huges. I love that cover. Silver Surfer #4 with Thor is also really awesome!
Great covers you listed there! I just googled them and I agree with you. Thanks for sharing!
Gotta say I liked this video and you gained a subscriber. Keep it up man.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you letting me know you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing! Hope to hear from you again on this channel!
Glad Bernie Wrightson's work made an appearance on here. RIP
Kirby was no mere man, he was The King! :)
My humble list:
Brave and Bold 59. Green Lantern 76. Batman 200. Batman 197. Marvel Fanfare 1 and 2. Cage 1 (Max imprint). Incredible Hulk 340. Flash 144 and 341 (beautiful Infantino). Daredevil 183. Judge Dredd 3 (Eagle). Lobo Infanticide (all), Paramilitary Christmas Special. Pacific Presents 1 and 2. The Pro. The Rifleman 10. Wonder Woman 176, 199 (silver age). Akira 3 (Epic imprint). ASM 75, 121. American Flagg 1.
Excellent list my friend!
Awesome list, I have to mention Amazing Spider-Man #1, so iconic! and Iron Fist #1,
Great vid!
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed this video! I agree, afterwards I realized that I forgot AF 15 and ASM 1. I love those covers and forgot them lol thanks for watching and commenting!
Covered a lot of the bases here. Very cool video 👍
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed the video! :) thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video
You should do a comic collection video!
Thank you so much, glad you liked it! I will definitely post some highlights of my collection in an upcoming video! Great suggestion, thank you!
I love Jim Lee's Xmen #6!!! Do you love the covers that's more worth money of so that makes cents
Mr. Lee's Punisher war Journal #6 is badass too
I'm pretty sure the batman death in the family cover was done by Mike mignola not aparo...because of the big mignola signature on it.
You are totally right.. my error
Dante, may I gently urge you to invest in The Gerber Photo Journal set? If you already have them, I apologize. If not, you owe it to get them to go through and see covers you may never have seen to add to the pool of books to add to your list of greats. .
For sure! I will take a look. Thanks!
Great lists, bro and love your collection!
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it! Thanks for watching and commenting!
The Crow #1,Punisher War Journal #6, ASM #238, Secret wars #10 are a few more eye-catching covers
I agree! Thanks!
Did Alex Ross not do any cover art? I thought he had?
Yeah he did, I forgot him in those video. He appears in other videos I did.
Tbh I think swamp thing 1 or 9 cover should have been on here they are both Burroughs covers by the amazing monster artist Bernie Wrightson
Why are these mainly just the big 2
Um...that alpha flight issue was not a Rob Liefeld creation. It was Mark Pacella I believe.
Yup! I noticed that afterwards and someone pointed it out to me. I think I might have made mention 9f the error in the description too but I can’t remember lol thanks for the info!
'Amazing Spider-Man' & 'Ultimate Spider-Man' had their best comic book covers.
Ultimate Spider-Man had the best comic book cover in every issue.
That sounds amazing! I will have to check it out. Thanks for the suggestion!
You can pick it up online for around 5 bucks. I got it at a local comic Con as part of a deal bundle of 10 for $5. I recently found out this issue is the first unofficial appearance of the Secret Defenders
Your death of Robin artist is incorrect. It was done by Mike Mignola (hellboy creator). His signature is even clearly on the art
Yup, error on my part! Thanks for pointing out.
What about Venom lethal protector part 1?
You are so right! I love that book and it’s shiny cover lol
Speedy was Green Arrow's ward - Not Green Lantern's. And what you said was a new Green Lantern costume was actually a whole new Green Lantern.
I know right!? All in the sake of collectibility
Did I miss the Killing Joke? Can’t have a list without that book…
Ha ha! That’s awesome! Thanks for that! I’ll for sure remember now!
cool video man i love it and i love the info but where is Alex Ross cover art ? he do amazing covers
Shield 1 thru 7 are all awesome
My personal favorite comic book cover at the moment is a comic book about raven (forgot the name of it)
My best from this list:
Secret Wars 1
Crisis of Infinite Earths 1
Batman 428
Wolverine 10
X Men 137
Batman 251
Amazing Spider Man 129
Hulk 377
*New Teen Titans 1 and Wonder Woman 1 (1987) by George Perez should be on list too
Yeah those are great ones! Thanks for watching!
Very respectable list of covers 👌🏽 👍🏽 💯
What's up with the creepy whisper, I thought Hannibal Lecter was gonna get me? @17:00 the name is pronounced SIN KEV VITCH, he did most of the really good Moon Knight and New Mutants art. His Warlock was phenomenal.
Moon Knight #1 volume 5 variant by Bill Sienkiewicz is one of the greatest covers of all time
What about the first appearance of the silvet centeurion
I didn’t know about that one, I’ll have to look into it. Thanks!
Yeah i am a big fan of the armor wars
I like list but one of my faves was always Uncanny X-men #221 with havoc zapping Wolverine.
11:47 you sure of that? even though it says "Mignola" right in there...
You are right! That was my error lol
U have some that the art is fair but not great. Most expensive maybe. How can u not put the giant-size crossover "Spider-man vs Superman" on here or giant size annual spider-man vs morbius n man-wolf!!! The cover art on these is Amazing!!!! nuff said
Great list of some iconic covers! IMO you missed Iron Man 1 and Silver Surfer 4, but it’s all subjective
I actually did miss those, and I agree they are great covers! I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching and commenting!
The golden age had some awesome covers.
I definitely will! Thanks my friend!
Actually, New Mutants #87 was both Rob Leifeld and Todd McFarlane. Todd being the only reason it was that good.
Dude you have great taste! I was wondering if you are going to do the "top WTF covers" next time?
Thank you my friend! Funny enough I have a WTF cover video. Check out my channel... it’s called “worst comic covers of all time.” It might give you a laugh lol
I've been enjoying your content...
Green Lantern/Arrow #76 is actually significant for its content. The story is about drug addiction.
That was issue 85. Issue 76 was the beginning of this famous run and did usher in the bronze age though...
My personal best is for MTMTE #17.
Just looked it up! I agree, great cover!
Geekery with Dante D. Lol I'm glad you like it 👍
why didn't you put any modern age comics?
You’re right, I should have put more... I actually made a follow up with the viewers choices that have a lot more modern covers
Zip bro. Love the video ! X-men #1 my fav!11
Thank so much! Glad you liked the video! So happy to hear from another person who loves x-men 1 as much as me. It is one of my all time favorites! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers!
How is Transformers #5 **NOT** on your list?
I had Hulk 181...and i have no idea what I did to it.
Omg!! I hope you find it... watershed book! Not to mention valuable lol
@@Dante19883 Yeah, I have this weird feeling that my brother sold it while I was in college.
although i do agree with most of them and thought you did a good job with the vid ,and did love your mention of the wrightson cover of house of secrets ..he is hugely underappreciated
Thank you! And I agree... so underrated!
Batman 428 is done by great Mike Mignola, nice video ..
Yup that was my error. Thanks for the compliment though. Glad you enjoyed it!
I agree with all of these, but I will state some of my favorites I feel couldve made this list! :D
- GI Joe, #21 "Silent Interlude" by Larry Hama (Snake Eyes backstory and First Appearance of Storm Shadow)
-Werewolf by Night, #32 "The Stalker called Moon Knight" by Gil Kane (First Appearance of Moon Knight)

...Etc. xD
I agree with your list! Thanks for sharing! I may have to make another of these! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hey, how about some iconic/best MAD covers? They used to have some good stuff!
Thanks for the suggestion, I will definitely look into it!!
A real treat. Thank you.
15:55..an epic scene fighting Magneto
Weird that Liefeld kicks off both worst and best covers lists,I watched them in reverse order so that was kind of funny
😂
"you can never go wrong with frank miller"? someone hasn't read holy terror.
Ha ha actually I have... and you’re right, I should have said you can’t go wrong with 80s Frank Miller. Dark knight strikes again is another bad one by him lol
ya, The Dark Knight Strikes Again's opening still haunts me.
@@benmccarthy1799 Frank Miller can't even draw.
Batman: Son of the Demon, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #4, Batman New 52 #4, The Flash New 52 #12, and Green Arrow #58 (2001). Those are some great covers in my opinion.
Agreed! I have some of those. Thanks for the suggestions!
Cool video. However- the death of Robin Issue’s Cover was drawn by Mike Mignola and not Jim Aparo. And Alpha Flight 106’s Cover was
By Mark Pacella and not Rob Liefeld.
Yup, my error... thanks for pointing out. Glad you like the video, I appreciate you watching and commenting!
