I have a 21 X4 M40... I didn't get the M Comp because it's my daily and I wanted more comfort along with better fuel economy for my commute. (23mpg average) Now I'm looking for a 2023. You've got me leaning to the new Comp. ugh If the Highway MPG is over 20, and the ride isn't too bumpy, I'm in. Great review!
I own a 2020 X4M Competition and am turning it in for a 2021 model. Mainly for the OS upgrade. I’m coming off an X5 as my last BMW and this one is a beast. I love the handling, the quick response to the steering, the hunger it had just to move fast. It’s also nimble on the stretches and braking is stellar. I’ve had an X3 and two X5s and this is (for me) the perfect size sport utility. The X5 was a bit too unwieldy and the X3 just too small. He’s right about small cargo area and way small headroom, but I got this car for speed and comfort, not hauling stuff.
I own a 2021 X4M Competition with a Dinan stage 2 tune. I have tracked this car numerous times. C7 Z06 and C8 Vettes can not hold a candle to this beast. The handing and agility is superior to most muscle cars you see on the track.
Is it a coupe? Is it a race car? Nah, it's a quick SUV. What do you think?

Brought my x3m up to 273kmh, no problem very stable.
Great to hear. Not surprised. It's a proper M.
Man the pops when it shifts is magnificent
It’s all programmed by engineered these days, but it’s still good, isn’t it?
@@BrianMakse yup!
I love this beast I just bought a fully loaded 2021 X4 M Competition. The same color I recommend this Beamer 110%
Are you using it as a daily driver? If so, how is the ride quality in comfort?
@@xS0JUx Yes I use it daily and it’s head turner. I love driving it💪🏾
Nice video.
Maybe you can do one on the BMW X5M competition?
Thanks! X5 M Comp is already shot and edited. Be sure you're subscribed so you'll get it when it drops in March!
Great job on the review..thanks
Thanks, Scott!

I enjoyed it, though I'd rather go with the X3's roofline.
Great that there was no snow! :)
I wanted snow! Just like this coming Saturday’s episode...no luck with winter weather.
Great review.. as usual!!
Thanks, Carlos!
nice color ,i wish they still make it
I'm no fan of the SUV "Coupe " segment but I enjoyed the video review
Glad you enjoyed!
Solid review I have same exterior color 🏎💨
Glad you enjoyed the review. Enjoy your whip!
Not a vehicle I'd ever consider, but love the review as always. Nice touch having The Smoking Tire podcast on the infotainment screen.
Thanks, Cameron! Putting that TST podcast on was a joke for us insiders!

Lol no.
An M4 sedan Competition Series would be nice.
M3, perhaps?
@@BrianMakse yep the M3 Comp is really nice, I’ve been looking at that sedan.
Anyone else think the rear looks a lot like the Mercedes SUV/Coupe monstricities?
They all kinda look the same, don’t they?
