aok sir, if a women got 2nd marriage and she gave two birth one boy and a girl from 2nd husband, how she will continue to custody of two daughter from 1st husband , in these circumstances and in light of Surah Al NIsa Ayat NO.22 & 23 judgement passed from Family Judge she can continue custody, during the case filed No.08/2021 filed by 1st husband and another suit filed 21/21 . During case she misguided the Distt Court and filed 491 and DJ passed an interim order one daughter handed over to mother and elder aged 13 years to father. after passing some time she tried to another 491 case in DJ but the Judge was on leave and Incharge saw the application regarding case already in FAMILY Court, the Incharge D.J office dismissed the 491 application of women. It is not a crime for mis-guide the court. After final arguments Family Lady Judge passed on the basis of Surah Al Nisa Ayat No.22 & 23 dismissed our suit 08/2021 and allowed her case No.21/21 in Hyderabad Sindh , while we attached solid grounds and Fatwah also for Na Mahram husband to my daighter age 10 years. Kindly guide and held us for further going appeal to Distt. Court of Hyderabad Regards, SYED MASOOD AHMED while I am residing in joint family with my parents and I am still not get marriage.

This stupid Pakistani law of 18 needs to be discarded as soon as possible!
