100%..it's often when ppl become impatient and think they might need to affirm "SP is suffering without me" in order to "get them"- whereas if you affirm you ARE already with SP & happy = this is the solution..you don't need to do anything but look to the end. but i wanted to mention it bc there are trends on X and Tiktok promoting this.
