Hope they will give us more and more fair opporunities to get her until march. maybe there will be a regular champion in 2024 with a similiar kit everyone can get for the rest of this games life span. i hate "exclusive" stuff because i really really hate this new FOMO scam everywhere in gaming...
FOMO scams is completely right. Games are meant to be fun, when they're designed to stress out players they lose their main purpose.
I took a random gamble and it payed off, pulled 30 ancients and got her

Yup FOMO in every game at every turn, hate it as well which is why I decided to put my wallet away for all games and go full F2p and just get what I get.
Much less stressful a d found I am enjoying the games once again - just don't expect to compete in anything.
At least they leave the FOMO problem out of Fail-talis😂
They should have made a monsterhunter fusion where we could chose which of the four we wanted
This is the champ mostly I would go for. If I was endgame I may have considered the Knight revanant one

It would have also be on point with the nature of Monster Hunter, were you choose what monster you need to hunt in order to craft their gear
@@Lilliana1Alatreon and Archer both top notch endgame champions and unique in their own way. But Archer is on another universe because she do all stuffs, name it damage, control, tank, heal, that's nuts. Whereas Alatreon is a meta PVE support but hydra's fear ignores block debuff made him a bit less appealing.
Risked it all and got nothing. Feels bad
17 Sacreds for her and didn't even hit gold. The only redeeming thing was that I hit the 1+1 on a single Sacred afterwards. But a dupe Oella and Mortu are not quite the same.

In all fairness the fusion itself is very nice. He is one of best damage dealers in hydra. It's just the archer ie stupidly op

If all these champions are exclusive. Then they should have given us a chance by launching them in back to back fusions.

Just pulled my Nergigante today! So happy about it.

Got 2 other leggos early on to get her to 25x, then kept pulling sacreds til I maxed the summon rush. Still nothing. Feels really bad to save for something high value for a long time, then pull when I'm supposed to with the best odds available and get screwed anyway.
yup It really does suck I did that for some champion like a month ago can't remember which one it was but they were on a 25x chance pulled over 150 ancients burned through like 2500 gems to do it and then pulled my 5 sacreds I had been saving ended up pulling 2 epics I already had from the sacred shards and 3 other epics of no renown all unimpressive epics from the ancients and when I did hit mercy it was a Bystophus. Then yesterday I randomly decided to pull my 7 ancients I have been saving and then spent 900 gems on a 11 pack of ancients and ended up pulling the archer without the 25x active. This game is so random.
I think that we as a community should tell plarium that we need to have this champion in a fusion or guarnteed 😢😢😢😅😅

I 100% agree with you that she should not be exclusive. I am one of the lucky ones that pulled her during the summon rush for the fusion and I'm stoked about it. She is bonkers good from what I've seen, and I can't wait to build her during next CvC. However, Paylarium need to open up other avenues to get all these MH champs that don't require shard pulls but a grind fest like Tormin recently so everyone can have a chance to acquire them all, even Fatalis lol, as this is how you really get new players to stay, and all the player base will feel that they at least had a very real shot at getting them. Hopefully, they make a new champ later this year that has similar abilities.
Tormin did have 3 summon events in it. It was worse then a fusion, but I do agree with your general point.
Still no champion similar to ninja so unfortunately doubt it

I was just talking about the event itself set over a month, with the possibility to miss a summon event, and if done over a longer timeframe, people will have a chance to earn shards. I was really talking about just throwing the MH at us and then saying go pull shards for them while this fusion is on for another of the MH champs. It's grimy as usual by Paylarium imo, and if I wasn't doing the fusion, I would not have pulled any shards, thus I would not be in that 0.01% of the player base to have struck gold by accident. I'm very lucky and I know it, but with all the RNG in this game Paylarium could have done this MH colab to include all the player base for all the champs. Giving one away (login) is excellent, a fusion, very nice way to do it. Then it's a Whale fest for the other 3. Not good imo. Sorry long reply, but that's the problem when trying to convey all that's going on in my head in the original comment but trying to keep it tweet sized lol.
One of the cool things about Summoners War is that after some time of releasing exclusive collaboration characters they release similar characters with different names but identical skills.
When they announced them she was really the only one I wanted. Sadly I didn't get her and got my first Brogni instead. Needless to say there were very mixed feelings there.

Same for me, pulled Nekmo while going for her and now Saph sitting there like "well she replaces your Nekmo.."
I almost stopped playing early on when I found out there was no way I could get Ninja... now we have a new meta-relevant exclusive champ, along with 4 other exclusives that will piss off the 'collector' type of players. Real smart!

I am ok with the exclusivity IF and this is a very BIG if, they make a champ that has the same ability. HH said one time, if they just made another champ with the A2 of ninja, life would be better. Just make a permanent champ with her AOE hex/provoke and everyone is happy. Nobody is mad about alexandr cause he doesn't have a real place in the game. Some people are upset about Rhonda but parts of her kit is in other places. I want to get that limited edition coke machine from back in the day, but I am also able to use a modern coke machine today with the same great taste
its a shame, she is a limited time only release. Ruiner Nergigante Archer is one of the best to have for end-game hydra.
i dont have the gear on my account to build her for damage and everything else so i decided to just make her to speedy and tanky to increase her healing and uptime on debuffs and she allowed me to go from 3key brutal hydra to doing 60 million in my first try. she is nuts
She doesnt really do much dmg anyways. ~80% of her dmg output is from hex anyways. Better to save the gear for a better dmg dealer that needs it.
It would be great if Plarium changed this to not be exclusive. But they won’t. Not because they don’t listen to the community most of the time (which they don’t), but for the simple fact that their contract with Capcom likely stipulates that it is exclusive. It is simply too late and beyond their control to make this change by the time we as the community learned about these champs.
All of MH's collab events that I know of have been permanent unless the other company has specifically made it otherwise (examples being FFXIV and the Witcher are still in the game but Ubisoft made the Assassin's Creed collab be removed from the game after the event time ended). I am 99% certain this is Plarium imposing the time limit on obtaining these champs. It could definitely be in the contract, but I guarantee you it was Plarium that put it in there.
They only need to release a functionally identical champion (for each of these 5) once the event is done and if Plariums deal included exclusive kits for these champions then they are pretty stupid.

Pulled all my sacreds for her. Struck gold three times, got disappointed 3 times. Going to try and get her during prism summon. But agree 100%, we should be able to get her outside this window
Yeah…I pulled five dupe fusion champs from her summon even so raid can enjoy never getting another penny from me.

Plarium - Give us more options, hell even do a hero pass once Xena goes if you must.
I was also lucky enough to get her, and I agree with you, teh exclusive part is just disgusting, few of my Clanmembers that I usualy have a friendly competetion with regarding Hydra damage does not have her, making our internal competition less fun.
I pulled so many shards for this champ during the progressive chance and just got dup leggo pulls, including a Blizaar.... kicking myself for doing that fusion now
I hit 84 million on normal with her which is my highest score yet and she was a huge part of that!!! I was shocked to pull her but glad I did!
Pulled my sacreds trying for her… I was honestly disappointed to have only pulled a Duchess instead… that’s saying something…

I am pretty sure that the whole "limited time exclusiveness" thing is not to create FOMO but due to legal reasons. Plarium would be happy to throw this champ in 10x, 15x, prism shards, etc. events over and over to make money but can't cause all champs from other IPs have to be time limited. Later they will release champs with similar kit to stay in game, as they did with Ninja: when he was released he was the only champ who could do HP burn explosion, but then we got Kronem, Supreme Galer, Artak, Sulfurion.

What advice would you have a 6 star soul, i currently have her in miracle heal and just pulled a 6 star soul for her
I've gotten 4 books to put into her and it went to completely book the A3 and got a damage on the A1. Right now I'm doing some Minotaur for masteries/leveling. My Relentless gear though isn't quite as good as yours though either.

This would be the champion for the champion pass that I would surely pay for... not that I agree with paying for champs that way, but I would make the exception..

If I win this archer tourney, I’ll have 4/6 of the champs you used in that example run(Ukko, Mithrala, Rathalos, Archer) despite only being level 73. I also have a lot of other decent hydra specialists like bivald, pinthroy, valkanen, etc., meaning I’m going to have some really solid hydra potential in midgame.
Honestly what they should do with all the limited time champions is once they aren't available anymore, is release a new champ with basically the same kit with different name and style. Problem solved IMO.
What are the anticipations regarding what plarium labeled as a "Dedicated Summon Pool Event"? Will it be that she's the only legendary or will she be 1 of many legendary options?

Yep, absolutely agree. One can only hope I guess 😕. Maybe they do have something saved up, after all, this stuff goes until March 5th. As long as it's not another slot machine _"x10-15-25!!! Keep giving us money, next leggo may be it!"_ kind of event, I wouldn't mind tossing some money in Plarium's way, say, some event. I know there's a path coming, but still, not sure she's part of it. Another good one brodah!
I caught this video when it was first released and was super discouraged but ended up pulling all 5 Monster Hunter champions with Nekmo and Sniktraak over the last month and I have forked over maybe $20 in that whole time period. I understand there was some extraordinary luck in that whole process but grabbing a couple of these Champions should have been possible for everybody
I enjoy Raid, but I am also a big Monster Hunter fan. When I saw this colab, I got excited... and then upset. Limited time only? Shortly after a shard event as well, so when this archer summoning happened, I was low on shards. I dipped into my wallet for more shards than I should have, which was just over 150 or so ancient shards + around 10 sacred shards. Did I get her? No. Got a bunch of chickens. Then this current 10x for Fatalis, which I know isn't great, but again, big MonHun fan. I want him.Stupidly I bought void shards. I've pulled more void shards than I want to admit to, spending more money than I ever should spend on Raid in even a year. Did I get this one either? No. Obviously spending is all on me, but to pull so many shards and end up with nothing worth mentioning is really sad.
With all this summoning and spending, I'm likely off to a bad start for the upcoming hero's path event, so likely another MonHun champ in that I'll not be able to obtain.
A shit part of hydra is that it just requests so much stat bloat and even effects bloat that a champ like this really shakes the playerbase.
I dislike hydra enough to still be holding firm in not pursuing mythrala, despite having the fear and champs for it.
Pre hydra, this champ would have received "yeah, good champ. Good CC and defensive mainstat makes her a really good progression champ".
That itself isn't a problem, but it's a symptom. Hydra isn't disliked content because it's hard, it's disliked because it requests every single mechanic from players, and is so unpredictable you can't complicate it with raid's cooler effects.
When it requests everything, it kinda consolidates all team comps to the same formula of "bring everything", successfully funnelling players through the shops to gamble for these bloated kit characters.
I think my problem stems from the stifling of creativity that 'bring everything' creates. And being a PvP enjoyer, I've been pretty aimless given the stone skin bottleneck they've doubled down on.
Then there's also the cycle change hydra has, where regearing is so punishing I've not the patience to do it.
Make hydra fun, before it's made mandatory.
I pulled 7 legendaries that weekend and none of them were her. Feels bad.
Nowhere near blademaster but leftover shards from a quest during last summon pool so i had a single pull and got super lucky. My hydra team needed some serious improvement and it sounds like this lucky pull will do that!
Exclusive champs like this should be purchasable and not limited to shard luck/rng.

Maybe there will be special prism, that its 100% drop after 10, 20 prism pulls. Atleast there is a chance then.

I get that they probably have to make her exclusive as a deal with the Monster Hunter IP but they could make another champion with a different look and name with the same kit and make it permanent. It is INSANE they have this good of champ as exclusive shard pull.
4 piece rathalos set + 4 piece merciless? chance for reducing CD with her A2 giving 60% turn meter back on hydra
Raid just really need to make a system where if you pull a legendary it is the featured character. A system like honkai has where no matter what the 2nd legendary you get would be the featured character. I pulled 60 sacreds on her 15-25x and got 6 legendaries. Literally all but 1 were dupes (3 god damn hurndigs btw😂). Make it like the 3rd will always be the featured PLEASE

Yeah Nekmo and Acrizia = mainly because they go into the team without needing others and instantly give you Nightmare 1 key probably.
Are your gloves and chest all DEF% main stat?

It also sucks because the chances are that most players WON'T get this champ no matter how hard they try. I never got a coldheart for the first 2 years I was playing. It's cruel to make a champ like this exclusive.
This is for me biggest issue - its that you cant chase her at all.
Atleast with super rare void legendaries theres always hope you might get lucky!
Said it before, I'll say it again. It's one of those things where I don't understand why these types of events aren't done on a yearly re-run. I can kind of understand not wanting to pay for the license all year long, but it's hard to think that a lot of people wouldn't put even a little back in on a once a year event with these kinds of collaborations.
For every promo champion they should release a non-exclusive version of the same champion with a different name. Use the exclusive one as a limited-time skin. It would be much better for a hero collector game

So what you’re telling me is this champion full counters the head of decay. I’m thinking in miracle heal blessing she would even be able to handle that “fixed” version of hydra where your max hp got destroyed by 75%

honestly, archer took my hydra team from 1.5m damage to 9 million. not great, but i just started working on hydra. as well as doom tower, waves basiclly dont mean anything in the tower anymore cause every enemy is either stunned or provoked. it's great
I'd be a lot happier about this if they rework these crappy doom tower champions to have more utility that's suitable for hydra. The fact she does 3 of the harder utility debuffs is painful. Meanwhile I'm pulling the later DT champions thay do only ONE of these things and I'll never touch
I just pulled her after 24 ancient shards in the 2x event! Never bought any ancient shards can’t believe my luck! My account is about 45 days in, she will help so much but I don’t even have any good gear for her yet.
The main memories I had was of trying to get max armor from Nergigante on dual swords. Sad I couldnt piuck her up
I had no idea how actually lucky i was to pull her. I just found out she was an exclusive and i pulled her off of a single sacred
I'm just really confused on why they didn't all of them guaranteed in some form or fashion. Even if it was something stupid like 200 void guarantee or 400 ancient, etc. Or a card board where you had to clear it out and it be a major resource dump. I know they're trying to capitalize on FOMO but not sure way of getting who you want is just dumb.

Was in the summon pool today with shards. Not sure if there will be other chances or not.

@enumclaw79 March 5th is the end of the crossover event so that is the definite end of it. I read somewhere that the summon pool was the only place to get her but not 100% on that
Yeah... I got lucky enough to pull her as well, but I really wish these collab champs were permanent and Plarium didn't impose the time limit on them.
When colabing with other IP's, it's them that set the restrictions not the company that is hosting them. They need to protect their IP at all costs, and a failed colab can do real damage to their reputation. They set the parameters and have to sign off on it before release. Unfortunately, this time, we can't blame Paylarium for the time, and availability after the colab ends, but perhaps they had some leeway on how they offer them in-game, but that's just speculation on my part.
@Dharin. I'm just speaking from my experience with all the other MH collabs I know of or have been a part of in their games and others games. From my experience they try whenever possible to make collabs permanent (examples being the FFXIV and The Witcher collabs in MHW that were permanent vs. The Assassin's Creed collab in MHW where Ubisoft specifically required it to be limited time only. Not impossible for sure, but I would be EXTREMELY surprised if the time availability was brought in from the MH side of things.
@@pipin7457 I'm thinking that because MH is releasing an anniversary edition this year that they want advertising for that but won't take any permanent colabs because they want to drive people back to them, and taking a risk with Raid with #nodimedecember and the toxicity with Paylarium right now is far too big a risk imo So, a quick in and out to put MH in the minds of many but not long enough to do any damage. It's a 2-way street MH followers will come to Raid and check it out, and Raid players may go check out MH in return.
Yes I agree 100% this was the only one I wanted of all 5, and the void is a bust I got him during voids this weekend and he sucks I thick he is the worst void lego unmatched so far in the game (chicken material even). But this one the archer is so so freaking good it seems.
She really is I went from sort of a one king hydra to beating it 5 times in one key lol
I'm fine with these being exclusive, so long as it's not random to get them. Ex: you have one which is a login, one a monthly event, one a hero path. That's all fine, you make a decision to get it or not, but they're all available to you. Archer is random. Drop $1k and you still may not get it. You cannot 'choose' to get it, it's just random and if you miss out you never can. That sucks. I'm all for exclusive champs (even though I took a break and missed Ninja), but NOT if they are only available in shards.

They'll probably have a similar kit for a raid champ. Referral is a bad system but you can get a version of Ninja. I'm sure there will be a godly Hydra mythic

they could have put her skillset on ANY other new champion they made, but they decided to do it on an exclusive collab. I think that's the fail.

i love she is exclusive .. i had to win champ training to win her .. but i know she will be powercreep slowly but surely .. people just mad currently because shes one of the best ... wait a year or 2 and it wont be the same .. similar to any other champs ..look at the history ... she might not get knocked off #1 spot but others will come with similar value(eostrid and nekmo thar for hydra is a good example but there is plenty other)
So basically in the long run .. archer is a s-tier champ skin but till then i would love if plarium did a 2nd chance MH event for each champs from it .. including rathalos ..
A good reason why I like that fatalis is so weak, I think they actually thought about it and didnt want to upset the whales/krakens in the future that will want him and cant get him. I am not pulling any voids while he can still be summoned and after I will continue hoping for a taras
I concur that she should be more readily available. As a F2P player I had no chance of pulling for her. I would luv to have her for Hydra.

I pulled a bunch of shards for her and got a dupe Rotos. Her kit is too good for hydra. Sad I didn’t pull her. Hopefully they will run another chance to get her
If she was a fusion exclusive, or log in like Ninja..I would be ok with it. But since its a exclusive, depending on pulling shards.. with no guarantee then It doesn't make any sense.
Now that I have her I hope she stays exclusive and hard to get 😃
Why are you using Rathalos' A1 over and over instead of his A3??
I got her as f2p. After about 60 shards in from my last Lego. Luck has been unreal, BTW that last Lego was a Ragash who I got from Yolo 10x.

Got 2 of her during the weekend and am acizia on tuesday can’t be happier.
If you noticed when you stunned the spiderlings your and spiders turn meter goes crazy fast because of all the stuns expired in a milisecond so you didnt notice it it was alot of stuns not only 2/10

Idk if it’s just me, but I feel like collabs with great games like Monster Hunter should have atleast half of the champions be free or exceedingly easy to obtain bc it helps promote the game you’re collabbing with. Like to me I see a bunch of game changing, godlike champions that I’ll never get and it kinda just turns me off. Like obviously Plarium doesn’t give a shit so why should I.
