@@shivendrasingh122 Shivendra , the basic idea of defence is that u need to be urself! Regardless of anything. Your suitability for forces they will judge . When you try to fake yourself all your chances of getting inside gets nullified there itself! We will keep bringing such experience again n again ! All the best wishes!
Fair enough. Since u have this passion , I will try to help.
Keep few things in mind-
1. SSB is test of personality, so try building it. Take tasks, execute them and keep learnings in mind.
2. Work upon ur stage presence and public speaking skills, take part in debates, discussion and other activities.
3. Work upon ur physical stamina to perform good in Individual obstacles and group tasks. U should be able to run good, should have good grip and athletic body.
4.Make positive outlook towards life, see how and where you can do good for others , it will give birth to team spirit in u. Try considering urself in leaders role to encounter pressure and skills to deal with it.
5.Do not take written examination lightly. Practice well and get good score , which will keep ur moral and confidence high.
Work hard, remain grounded and confident and enjoy the process as well without stress. SSB is actually tets of how u deal with life, so become champ in that, SSB will be taken care on its own. All the best!

This is the first interview which is an hr long but still i watched it till the end. The guy is really worthy and stating facts.

-follow less books but read them with full energy..
-just chill during ssb and dont panic
-dont be superficial
-always be logical

I couldn't give my AFSB because i was having my terminal term examinations. So, I appeared in AFCAT 02/2020 and got cleared this time as well. I'll be giving AFSB in January 2021, for the same.

Why i didn't watch these interviews before😭...instead i took coaching and that totally destroyed my self confidence and my self-attitude...and got screenout😞 because i was so tensed about my performance and messed in oir...and couldn't think for a story of my own because at that point of time i was thinking about what i had been taught and procedure on which i should write a good story...
Well... what's done is done!! This time i am going to be just myself and prepare for it in a way i already am and chill out in SSB..

Mam as he said I just preferred pathfinder and lucent and since he was a law student then he may be good at polity too and polity is a scoring subject too so he may cleared so easily and I don't think this strategy works for all just my view 😃 and over all his mind set and way of thinking was superb thanks for the video and congratulations for your recommendation too from AFSB 🎉

Diya, everyone will get different set of topics . One has to choose from the set he/she got. There will be cards kept in front and u wil pick one card and the card will have 4 topics , choose one.

I have my ssb from 25 July for ota entry. Can you help me with the covid test certificate.
On the army website they have uploaded a form do we need to just get it filled or we have to undergo the swab test process?
Your call up letter will have contact details, like mail-id /phone number, drop a mail to them asking for clarity on the covid cert. Also, not for this time, whenever u have doubt with papers, make it a practice to reach out to center itself. Any document mismatch/ unavailability can cause cancellation of candidature ,so get the things checked ! U have ssb on 25, u still have time, they will revert back fast, do not worry.
I am also from civil background my father working in Railway as loco pilot. My aim is to join Indian Armed forces.

Recommending in first attempt is good but when a repeaters tag specially confrenced out tag comes with u then it become quite difficult because than u r going to compete with repeaters specially it creates problem in GD.

My father was recommended as officer but left it for IAS
I have 2 uncle's one in army and other in airforce
But the irony is that i leave my homeland since I was 5 so I have no contact with them so would I be considered as a defence background or civilian background???🙏
It's a bit difficult to understand that how leaving ur native place is related to having contact with ur uncles. Since none of us are living at our native places but still in touch with extended family. I wud consider you of defence background.
