I miss daet sooo much. It's been 47 years since I visited moms hometown.
My hometown ❤we spent holidays there. And its always heart breaking everytime we need to leave Daet again. Of course because of my family is there 😑 miss u na my hometown 😊

Miss being in Daet. My in-laws are there. 8:30 Jannah's Pasalubong - used to buy pili rolls there; so good. 10min away is Bagasbas beach. Any chance you are visiting there? I've stayed at the resort a few times.

I miss Daet, my birthplace, left the place when I started studying at UPLB in 1969, after graduation was hired by DOST based in LB, raised my family in Laguna but occasionally visit Daet, big transformations!

Check out the central area where this video was taken, lots of food around the area. Afterwards, I would recommend visiting Bagasbas Beach, it's like the surf capital of the Bicol Region, at night there are a lot of street food vendors as well, best to check out the vibe on the weekends! Enjoy!

Daet is the original Capital City of Bicol before, (u can find the 1st statue of Rizal near municipal area) so there’s also local runways for local flights b4 (near bagasbas), they already closed it, bec there’s Naga local flights now (but 2hrs travel from Daet).
