A lot had to reform in SA first the BEE beneficiaries, then the direction of such income and how it repairs and goes towards maintenance of proper health, security and education services.
Then the land issue, arid land must be divided equally to the South African citizens who are willing to apply for (personally or through a curator) or as a group of people to draft and prove how they will develop said land that is claimed and only a limited amount of land must be given for everyone without compensation.
Those who require compensation must apply and go through the process of proving how they are the legal owner of the land and how they developed it, thus such compensation may be calculated and taking into consideration the direction of the country granted to a certain amount.
