I used the potent scent and found a potent purrgy with a potential value of 18. It was very frustrating, because it kept taking a long time to find a potent coromon, and every time i found a potent, it was a potent that I didn’t want. What also helped me was watching your guide on what areas to travel to, to find potent scents. I’m so very happy that i now have a potent purrgy. Not only are purrgys super cute but they are also really OP “over powered”😊😊😊💖💖💖

Great vid Ed, but a few comments on the video: there are actually 12 potent scents in the demo, 10 in the chest you showed, and 2 more hidden in the cave! Also, they have confirmed that Potent Scents will be available infinitely in the full game. There also are actually some exact values to the Potentiflator odds, for example, a 19 potential Coromon actually has an 8/3194 chance to become a perfect.
I never knew that myleg!!!(Oleg) can double a coromon's potential and btw if the 8/3194 odd won't work can you soft reset the game and try again if the chance will work?

Hey Ed, if you're close with devs, please tell them to bring back the old potentfiliator system where you can get a guarantee of 1 point. What they did on a full game is a stealth update. They've removed this on full game and still haven't telling anyone about it. Many players wasted their potent coromons, including me. Thanks bro, hope you can do the change
One thing I would love to see in the full version is online battles, like when you are in game you go to an arena and it gives you the choice of online battles with actual people that are at the same level as you or close. What do you think

One time I used the Potentiflator on a random Coromon and it ended up jumping from Standard 14 to Potent 19. Which makes me wonder if it is easier to just Potentiflate Standard 16 Coromon to Perfect compared to Potent 17 and 18s.
I was doing the buzzlet quest and I had a buzzlet of potential 14. I gave it to that guy that upgrades the potential and then I got a potent buzzlet, and I didn't have that yet. Which meant I had to keep that buzzlet and catch another because I want all the coromon in the game (standard, potent and perfect all evolutions)
Guess devs has changed odds of upgrading coromon with 20 potent score. I am trying to get 21 by constant loading save before talk with npc for like 2h.. so unlucky
i'm a lucky man. i made two runs with potent scents today. in the first run i caught a perfect moffel and in the second run two potent 20 mons (mino and swurmy) ;D coromon is way more rewarding than pokemon and temtem concerning shinies
And there is a third method to get a perfect, reset every guaranteed encounter you have, such as your starter; and if the potential that coromon can have is not fixed you can do it till you get a perfect

The coromon wiki page was updated, in terms of info on the odds of getting a perfect depending on the coromon potent level, and unfortunatelly for 19 potent coromon the chance is only 0.25% of getting perfect, its not worth it, trust me i tried it myself, better just finding a 20 potent one.
I didn't used my potent scents yet i am trying to increase my Perfect Starter (PV Level) and manage to get 3 potent coromon with 20 potent and make them perfect through Potentinfiltrator. but i will be doing some perfect hunting maybe before full release. There are too many Monster Taming games, its really hard to focus on one :P LOL

Hello people just going to tell you there is another potent scent spot located at the cave you could just look at the long rocks with a hole you will get 1 potent scent.
And at the start you could go to the back of your train on the destination lux solis campus STEPS: Get back of the train 2STEPS: Look down then watch your [!]Button on the right corner and click it you will get a reward

My Biggest flex is I managed to get a potent swurmy, a 20 pot one, and became perfect after the one with the Oleg guy- The Queen Bee was born 😌 Update: My mother deleted it for no reason and left me by reset. Send yelps. Edit: Here's some tip, If you haven't yet, Go find Nikola after u save the guy in the cave He will give you a Potential reader and its more easy to find out what potential does a Coromon have. So you dont spend or Run out of coins 😁👌

I suggest only doing the potentifilator method if you are hunting Lunarpup or Frova, other than that, first method is the best choice.
literally 30 minutes into the game I found a full odds potent swurmy. I love how shinies actually do something rather than just be cosmetics

I upgraded a standard:15 and got a perfect Gildwing in insane difficulty it's a huge advantage since you can't just catch everything

you can but it would most likely end up with 20. there is a 16/3194 chance to get it to 21 though, so you can soft reset for it

There's no way there's a 1 in 35 chance at a Potent. I've done over 400 battles and haven't seen a single potent or perfect.
I found potent squirmy twice a row in my first 6 battle and perfect i think at 20+
I just found a potent that's why I'm here less than 1hr gameplay
