Between the snake bite and the burrow raid, I think the burrow raid was darker and scarier, because of Shakespeare's death at the hands of Big Si. The Commandos burrow raid on Lazuli territory I find scarier than this, because Nikita killed Bubble. The scariest moment in the series was Flower's death from the snake bite.
