Hi Kristin! There are these silicone patches that help with scars and they are sold at drugstores. I got them for my Mom when she had her thyroid removed and the scar healed completely and is not noticeable! You can cut to fit the scar and they can be reused a couple of times. My Mom put them on at bedtime and slept with it on. Love you, and hope you continue to get better! 💗
Morgan, my bet friend has a Roomba and I just saw a really cool life hack! Get one of those car air fresheners that clip on to your car a/c vent....clip it on ur vacuum and it will spread all of the few harem eyes around your house as it cleans!!!!:) the clean linen and Hawaiian Breeze in particular are very nice!:)🤍☀️🥰 Hope you are staying healthy and safe! ALSO I’ve had 2 hip surgeries as a teen and a couple others but yeah my scars used to turn purple when I got cold and it was weird but kinda cool. They don’t really anymore but it’s also been like 6 years so they’ve healed a lot, they won’t always turn purple after they heal more ❤️
Michaela Powers I think it has a lot to do with skin tone. I am very fair and I have scar that are over 10 years that still turn purple:( my olive skinned friends, or even ones that are a little darker don’t have this problem at all!! And stretch marks, forget about it!! Hot Pink! Ugh!
I can relate with cleaning/organizing. It may be weird to some but I feel like its therapy to me. When I'm feeling anxious and just want to calm my mind, I start cleaning and organizing and I think it's because it's a way to have control over something.

Healing sleep. I slept a lot after my surgeries as well (yes surgeries I’ve had multiple as well so I get it), sleeping a lot is great. Going out and doing major outings will wear you out a lot...lots of energy expended. But its good because it keeps your mind fresh. Your body is healing and the fact that you can still work and do videos!
Your content is always so sweet and inspirational! I love plants, baking/cooking, and just got a puppy too - annnd I love that you add Bible verses in your descriptions. All so positive and lovely. So happy to see you are healing! :) My best wishes are with you and Marcus!

You guys have really been so inspiring, I got into a hit and run car accident (which of course could have been 100 times worse and was so little compared to what happened to you guys). But you guys have helped me get through it and seeing how well you are doing and moving around has been so calming almost and it’s just so nice. I love your guys videos talking about faith and it has just really helped me. So thank you!♥️
I am the same when it comes to cleaning and doing stuff around the house for the same reasons you are. I've had injuries and health issues that prohibited me from doing some of the most basic tasks, and not being able to clean my surroundings stressed me out. Once you heal, you don't take that stuff for granted. Hang in there, you have come such a long way already. Every little improvement is a victory, praise God!

I highly recommend a Eufy! it’s a vacuum that goes around the house for however long you want it to. it’s under $200 on Amazon and it’s amazing. I have a dog that sheds just as much as your sweet pups and it’s a lifesaver ☺️

I was just about to comment this! I have two cats who shed all the time and I have one of the first gen Roombas and it still does an amazing job and makes cleaning so much less stressful.
I can relate to the struggle with pet hair. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats. The hair that they shed is no joke. We use the shark duo clean and it's awesome! I've never had cleaner floors. Also, I'm so glad you're feeling better!

After my ACL surgery, I slept so much. I think it’s part of the healing process. It’s ok, take in the time to relax and sleep

I was just about to comment this! I have two cats who shed all the time and I have one of the first gen Roombas and it still does an amazing job and makes cleaning so much less stressful.
Yes a roomba would be perfect for them! We have a golden and cocker spaniel and it helps get all the hair balls I have trouble getting!

I can relate to the struggle with pet hair. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats. The hair that they shed is no joke. We use the shark duo clean and it's awesome! I've never had cleaner floors. Also, I'm so glad you're feeling better!
