Its not a temple. Its Iran shah, the highest grade agni temple. Its name signifies that the lord of Truth and Justice resides in Udavada, India where the Parsis sought and were granted shelter from the peaceful community.

Sorry but Zorostrians were coming to this country from Harrappan times to trade. During the take over by the Islamic regime the Zorostrians suffered a lot of inhuman treatment and they started leaving in large numbers and landed in many countries but only those who landed on the shores of Gujarat are known today. History is not clear about what happened to the rest.
