Can't forget the "turtles" amazing footage of these beautiful creatures, love the crowds reaction to seeing the turtles. The caves would be so much fun to explore. From the HSR station in Kaohsiung it is about a 40 minute taxi or shuttle ride to the DongGang ferry and then a 20 minute ferry ride. You don't need to show any ID to go and can easily buy the ticket for very cheap right at the ferry. Its really easy!!
