Hi, @vratos. I have an issue using the toolbox in GNS3 on macOS. When I open the toolbox console, the connection is automatically closed ("Connection closed by foreign host."). Do you have a solution for that?
hello i wanna do emulation for a authentification using freeradius and openldap but i can't install a qemu machines so how can i do this , and how can i add appliances
@@vratos no worries the issue was that the command like was from the local server and for whatever reason wasn’t working. I set up the VM and issue resolved
Hi, can you help me ? Check your Startup Disk in the virtual machine settings. If you have not installed an operating system yet, you can choose an installation disc or disc image in the CD/DVD settings and restart the virtual machine.
My VMWare doesn't detect any O.S. too cause I only try it with vmdi files on every disk. I try to boot with the first partition of my disk (vmdi 1) but that didn't work neither, so... maybe if I try with an Ubuntu iso image?
@@vratos 8:14 you can see on your screen it says KVM support available: Flase. That's the problem. Any clue on how to make it true? I looked on forums it talks about enabling nested virturilization but I don't see that as an option on the Fusion.
@@rollingon6358@vratos please let me know if you find some solution.. I'm struck on the same error. The selected server does not support KVM. A Linux server or the GNS3 VM running in VMware is required.
@@Sham_cuts KVM is not supported on M-series MAC. M-series have their own substitute of KVM inbuilt in MAC OS itself. Yet, fusion has no way to detect that it seems. I am stuck here. Till data i have not seen anybody able to run cisco qemu images on GNS3 on M-series MACs.
@@vratos I think I spoke too soon. When I tried to install a Virl L2 sw new template I get "The selected server does not support KVM. A Linux server or the GNS3 VM running in VMware is required." Do you know how to fix this?

Hard to explain something like that in a simple TH-cam message reply
@@vratos can i send u message in github or something ?
I followed the same steps, but Qemu was not installed correctly. I'm not sure why?🤔
You shouldn’t hace qemu installed in your laptop, it’s part of the gns3 server
Hi , for some reason the command like of the PCs don´t do anything when I click enter, why could that be ?

Hi! Thank u so much for this video. However, I encountered an error that said "eth0 is not configured". Can you please help me with this?
That’s usually related with a wrong network configuration on the bridge of vmware

Does anyone have a link to TS process for VM ip ? I am having trouble syncing the VM to GNS3.

Do you have ping against the server ip? If not, that’s the issue, a networking miss-configuration
