- As part of the support for Nordkapp 2024, Keis Heated Apparel have got on board with some awesome heated gear. I'm running their gloves and jacket to keep me nice and toasty, bit of trail and error to make sure its the right setup for me.

Fits like a glove!
Looks like a great bit of kit 👌 👍
Its well warm 🙂
Looking good mate I should of told you to opt for the short gloves but the leg warmers and socks are also 👌
Glad your Happy 👊
Best garments for winter 100% and if it ever breaks down, send it back and they repair for free for life...... you can't get any better than that....Keis make some pretty bad ass garments..... toastie af ❤
Just doing up my 1 year review after well over 10k miles using them. Great product and have not had to use the repair service but again, from what I've seen, its top notch.
I've just taken the leap of a keis jacket after watching your review.
I opted for heated gloves with batteries to allow me flexibility of jumping on different bikes.
I've subscribed and look forward to seeing your adventures.
Glad to have helped make the call. Enjoy them, they are awesome
@theladwiththebeard thanks 😊 setting up the electrics today.
@@ladyjrider666 Look forward to seeing what you think. Cool channel too, sub from me.
Also, 21:13 a heated seat has very significantly less impact than heated grips. Because your butt is not in a wind and you sit on the same spot so with time it warms up anyway from the body. I have one on my Triumph 900 (comes as a standard), adds just a little bit extra warmth.
Well, you Triumph owners are spoilt rotten hahaha, I heard good things about heated seats but its an expensive addition and I can take it to my other bikes etc like you can with the heated clothing, maybe someday!
Great review. I'm in Australia , sadly we don't have a distributor here, I'm just going to order them online!
Hi Dave, thanks for watching. I've been using them now for a few weeks. Even with them not even on they take the chill out of the ride. I've yet to have to use them past the lowest setting but I'm heading to the artic circle in a few weeks, so I'll defo be putting them to the test :-) Stay tuned for that video!
@@theladwiththebeard Dam...that will be a test. So glad I decided after watching your video. It's coming into winter here now and I commute on my bike. So really looking forward to testing them out. Enjoy the Artic.
@@daveb6345 You'll enjoy them, just get the right length and don't screw it up like I did hahaha. And yeah, hello fellow all season rider 🙂
You can use them all at the same time
Keis heated jacket is fantastic. Heated gloves, good but a bit bulky. Heated socks don't fully keep your feet warm. Imho
Don’t think you can avoid bulk but swapping to the shorty version defo helped. Just need to get what works for you. Doubt I’ll get the socks but heading out now and it’s near zero degrees so I might end up charging my mind 🤣🤣
I have bought the shorty gloves and 501 jacket. I also have the bakbuster blizzards which help a lot with the wind. Looking forward to trying out as the temps get colder
Defo a great investment, stood the test of time in the colder weather in Finland and Sweden.
How is that thing called which goes over bark busters? Is it attached with velcros and can be removed easily?
Its called the Storm Guard and will replace what ever guards you have on, so it does require you to disassemble the bar ends (just remove screw) to secure them and the other end is adjusted with straps and buckles, not velcro. I'd say it takes all of 5 mins.
@@theladwiththebeard thank you for replying! I'll check it out. I feel like default barkbusters plastics even with the extension on high doesn't protect enough from wind and rain.
@@PovilasPanavas My mistake, the guards in the video are the Blizzards, not the Storm, which is what I use in summer, much much bigger than the Storm
@@theladwiththebeard thank you! Found them. For sure not cheap, must be good quality.
@@PovilasPanavas Been running them for about 2 years, pretty solid. Made from material so not as rugged compared to the plastic ones but do the job.
