I agree on the term limits for Congress. However, I disagree on the length being 10 years. It should be 8 years. 2 terms, each term 4 years long. If people can serve as President for no more than 8 years, then it should be the same for Congress, the *ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY EXCEPTION* to this is if the person in Congress is elected with a 90%+ majority from their state. Meaning at least 90% of their state's voters *MUST* vote for them to serve beyond a second term in Congress.

If people can serve as President for no more than 8 years, then it should be the same for Congress, the *ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY EXCEPTION* to this is if the person in Congress is elected with a 90%+ majority from their state. Meaning at least 90% of their state's voters *MUST* vote for them to serve beyond a second term in Congress.
It should be an Honor to serve, you should only get a fee for expenses, Not 2-3 times the wages of every other American.

The SC IS accountable to Congress; it's in the Constitution. Congress can impeach and remove a justice for 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. Bribery IS a high crime.
Executive Branch, and it's ability to regulate and enforce laws passed by the Legislative Branch that meet Constitutional requirements as dictated by the Supreme Court - that's the balance. Supreme Court just obliterated the Executive Branch's ability to regulate. Who Regulates? Legislative Branch is done after passing the Law - it will be up to the Courts to maintain, regulate and enforce. Out of the hands of industry experts, into the hands of legal definitions and precedents.
Congress writes the laws. Congress amends the constitution. Congress impeaches whomever it may. Congress is where the people's power is the strongest.

I'm okay with this & it doesn't matter which side the justices lean towards. All of them have a bias towards a specific party & that is one aspect of the courts that absolutely needs to end. How they are selected for the positions needs to end as well. Those positions need to come with terms with a max of two terms being served before their removal.
