I beat star force 1 when I was like 10 or so after getting it used in 2013 and then got a chance over the years to beat each game and only beat starforce 3 a year ago now. Starforce always brought me back to playing games late into the night getting invested in my character stats and playstyle defeating challenging bosses and trying to get higher and higher ranks. still on the slow grind to 100% starforce 2
I think the easiest way for me to describe StarForce 3 is that it is my Final Fantasy 6. It perfected the formula that had intrigue from previous entries and even another series, ironed out the flaws and created a near-masterpiece. I only wish it would get the attention it deserved, and this song is a tear inducing boost to my case.

Megaman Starforce 3 was a game much different than the others. Actual fun puzzles (I really liked the card puzzles in the Crimson Machine CCs), a really fun story, a heart-touching ending. There barely were any parts I hated! (I really hated the part where you had to collect Kelvin's memory splinters in Meteor G. The crimson attacks ruined it, only replacing the heart-touching memories with rage from the crimson.)
TheFriskiestFrisk the part I hated was collecting Luna's fragments. That really started to irritate me lol, took me a day to get everything when I was younger

It’s a shame people don’t seem to care about Star Force that much for whatever reason. Hopefully, if Capcom releases a Battle Network/Star Force Collection, people will gain a new respect for the series like what happened with ZX when the Zero/ZX Collection was released.
I would totally love that. I only got to play Battle Network 3 and most of my experience with MegaMan was with the anime of that. Then comes Star Force and it filled a void and gave me a new love. The BN/SF timeline just seems really unappreciated.

I was kinda expecting them to put BN and SF together because Zero and ZX were put together and honestly I don’t think SF is marketable enough on its own. SF has its own issue though since it required the top screen and touchscreen. Need to change it up a bit for it to work on the Switch.

This is the full version of the song misora sang on mmsf 3. Play mmsf3 or all the games, i swear it barely bores you. (The thing bored me was the beginning of the first game, but after that, things gets more exciting)

Funny you say that, since I only have the Japanese release and this is not used in it at all.

Oh! I forgot about the concert scene... You're right, it was used for that. If memory serves, I believe this takes place at the production studio right before you go into the server to fight Dia Iceburn, right?
Also, I didn't play in English so mentioning it (multiple times) is kinda pointless, as I imported all of the Ryuusei no Rockman titles and played them solely in Japanese. However, it doesn't surprise me that they removed it, even if I sure as hell didn't remember it playing. lol
It's been a long while since then, so it's only natural that I'd forget some of the more finer details. Thanks for the clarification and the jogging of my memory, maybe I'll go back and play the games again. Might be fun?
