Great build! Awesome info! I started and play for a week with the starter pocket watch tier 0 I'm now level 24 , should I continue to get a high tier watch? Tier 5-6 or go for 3 or 4 tier and then change to another?
@@ArchAngeL- tier3 is really hard to find I only found some meh uncommon and rare..... But already have tier 4 exalted and legendary..... So maybe I'll grind to level 32 and use some of these....

tier 4 already good, if lucky t3 good can find too...t5-6 very long time
