His banner is over sadly, but his character companion story quest should be permanent. You can check in your quest log list once you have finish chapter 6 to see if it’s there.
I am playing Wuthering waves first time and I am on union level 15 and I wasted 61 pulls on jiyan it’s my first time spending so what do u think m gonna hit soft pity or hard
28 wishes away from getting the weapon. No more quests to do tho :( hopefully with exploration i can get it. But had to go hard pity twice for jiyan. And actually had to swipe once 😢. Eveb tho i regret now lol.

U have to get a 5 star on the beginner banner first
You need to clear the first beginner banner to get your first 5*, then there will be an option for you to choose your next 5* in standard
