    is there something like this but for RDF? something that instead of working against neo4j works against an rdf triplet store?

    It would be interesting to combine UML edge types...
    It would be way cool to see event driven animations.
    It would be insane to hook it into a vr game i/f.

    i am not able to make a connection with neo4j database and jupyter notebook? how to do that? i am entering the password username correct, in neo4j browser the database is loaded and working. but not able to make the connection with jupyter notebook.

      yworks is only 2d as far as I am aware. You can do some stuff in 3d with Keylines ( cambridge-intelligence.com/keylines/ )
