My genre is definitely depressive metal, for sure. This is hitting exactly how I'm feeling currently. A other gem found. Thank you.

So you copied the name of the band Lifelover for your album title, then copied the concept of your album cover from the band Shining.....
I'm not taking away from the music here, I like what I'm hearing, but I can't help but get the impression you took those two things hoping people wouldn't be familiar enough with the mentioned bands and give you the credit for being sSsOoOoO dARkKkKk

Why do people copy others, even though they have the talent to be unique? In your music, I hear a lot of influences, perhaps too many. If I were to mention specifics, it reminds me of Lifelover, Wigrid, and Abyssic Hate. You have talent, but there is no originality in your music. It's a shame. You're copying others, and even visually resembling Silencer.
By the way, I really think the first track is excellent :)

Nothing wrong with having influences, bands like opeth would be heavily influenced by 70s/80s prog and folk music and incorporate the death metal aspect inspirations like morbid angel etc. Sometimes they would reference it tracks like demon of the fall intro linked to a song from morbid angel, or benighted intro almost being the same as camel. However, they had a very unique sounds to them, and everything was mostly original, while still keeping their influences, because music is inspired and then passed on. But yeah, I see what you mean. I feel since the music is so similar in this album, he should have just done covers, rather than just downright copy and rearange things to seem as if his own. However, he is a talented individual.
