yeah I was at first disappointed that Khabib retired early, but he's an amazing coach and now I'm excited to see where Islam can go. I'm actually rooting for Oliveira, I like and respect them both so may the best man win, but I'm done doubting Do Bronx, I thought he would loose vs all of his last 3... Super excited for the fight. Best fight of the year on paper!!!

Gotta love and admire the brotherhood amongst these guys. They stick together and are disciplined while having fun. A leader with a good head is crucial and who better than an undefeated and experienced man like Khabib. I wish them all the best especially Islam for the 22nd!! inshaAllah the belt will be taken back to Dagestan!

@@kYA00h even if. Dagestan is very small and one of them became lw champ and many others will get at least near the title. Also they don't care about loosing. They believe its God's will. They only want to give their best performance at each fight
@math_pi i don't know where Khabib talked about it but Khabib explained it many times, win or lose is the will of God. They can't do nothing but to train hard and make a good performance.
@math_pi as for his mom: u can control and win street fights as a trained fighter but the Ufc is the highest level of fighting. Sometimes u win a match by one take down more or one landed punch more. U cant control every fight in the ufc. That's why at the end of the day everything happens by the will of God.

@@nasdoc1 hate it when too prize fighters with great stories have to fight especially at the highest level but that’s what makes the sport so good especially when they both dominating and have the highest win streaks it’s going to be fireworks hope their stylistic matchup goes how I expect it to go!
They are both awesome fighters with own tough life stories. They should respect each other, fight with heart and shake hands no matter who will get the win.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised at a trilogy no one else in that division can hang with those guys on the ground
I think Coach Javier said this "Being the champion is to go the easy road efficiently"
Go hard at training, prepare hard, intense spar, hellish conditioning, and sharp drills
But when match come, in the octagon, why make it hard ? Go the easy road ! Fighters fight comfortably !
And if the fighter can do it efficiently, they will win, as their mastery of aspect is arguably above their opponent, even if just a slight

Khabib's career is the ideal career of every other sportsman...retire undefeated, on top and a millionaire, with your body still in good shape and health. Unfortunately, many sportsmen become slave of their job, continuing to be part of business, losing their streak, their money and health.
Khabib understood this and saved himself. Now he is living his best life as a coach, and as the boss of his fighting company.
Many have called him "a quitter, who is afraid to fight those who he never fought, that's why he quit the sport". Anyway, I would call him a wise man rather than a quitter.
