"Take a breathtaking 40-second aerial tour of the newly installed loon nest on Lake Winnipesaukee, captured the day after its setup in 2024. This video offers a stunning bird’s-eye view of the nest and the state-of-the-art camera monitoring it. See the rocks named Alcatraz and Turtle rock. View the scenic mountainous backdrop and dive straight down for a close-up look at the nest, with it's anchor ropes and the camera's cable stretching towards the shore. By late May, we hope the loons will take up residence in the nest and start incubating a few eggs.
