My God you put me to tears when you said sadly Coby passed away. The look of that beautiful boy in your skit then I hear that he died. Still crying Todd, I have two boys of my own and I so feel for the father. God takes always the good one's first.

Per Keith Elwin, the "handle" in the back is actually a crash bar designed to protect the t-rex components that are behind the backbox, but I agree that it's secondary use as a handle is super useful.
Hopefully the handle will remain!

When comparing the Premium and LE; I believe the LE has Stern HD Glass too ($250). Hard to hear about Colby. Prayers for his family.

Just wondering you guys from a service center point of view, do you think the SPIKE system is better than the SAM system for maintenance?
SAM will always be easier....Spike is almost all surface mount, including the light boards under the playfield
Todd, the handle in the back of the play field was not designed to be used as a handle to lift the play field initially. It's a crash bar and it is being used so the play field does not smash into the back of the cabinet. The Stern employees talk about it in this video . th-cam.com/video/eKIsQIcsPW0/w-d-xo.html : start at 45:25 . Didn't know if you knew this or not. I guess it can be used for a handle as well but that is not its sole purpose.
ahhhh...an initial design, but certainly a handle...and everyone who slides the playfield out far enough uses it to lift the back up a bit to slide it back in!
I can’t afford the 1 ball much less a 5k to 9k on a pinball machine ! It’s heartbreaking hearing how much a pinball machine is now !!

My next purchase after Police and Demolition Man. They missed LEDs in the T-REX eyes.
That would have been difficult...add too much more to cost...but I can see collectors doing it.
I don't mind medium roats but intense dark roast with a big of Splenda , need some taste perfect coffee is percolated provided you can tolerate the grains

@@tntamusements some are on the way. probably gotten some of it before being amazon but coffee's coffee. Sure I'll have light roast if needed. I really didn't like coffee till splenda came along in bulk

Yes...this is why I point out the new date on these machines, which were just made two weeks previous.
Jurassic Park Pin is my favorite stern to date... "stranger things" is a turd .It seemed like a rushed project. The demogargen is impossible to get into the whole.I think its too flexible and rochoches the ball. Elvira "house of horrors" is a good addition and fun.
