I know someone who met the man back in the 70's where he worked as security. Elvis before entering the stage spoke to him a bit and gave him his cup of coffee before he did his gig. He regretted throwing away that cup.

As a \m/etal musician and composer, years ago I wrote a medieval ballad inspired to me by...John Keats. I am now really pleased to see him in this video!
Many people including myself have this powerful but absurd image in their minds eye that people from the past lived in a faded black and white world. These recreated colour images are as close you can get to the truth of how people from the past actually looked. It’s eery how they look as though they are live today and photographed just the day before yesterday. The airbrushed perfection of the images, especially the portraits are the only thing I have reservations about.
I enjoy viewing your AI renditions of historical figures. The animation gives the subject a more realistic quality. You are very generous giving them beautiful smiles with healthy teeth when perhaps the opposite my have been the case. Wouldn't it be great if there were a way to truly replicate the voices of those historical figures (complete with linguistic and dialectal inflections) so that we might hear what they actually sounded like in real life?!

This is fabulous work. I don’t know the time spent in bringing these famous people to life. Credit goes to the people involved. One problem, however, one perhaps overlooked by the creators: the teeth. They are too perfect, like laboratory created, or long term braces used. They didn’t have braces back then, in fact most people had bad teeth, yellowish, some rotten. In the name of authenticity, this should be addressed. If not, that’s OK. I appreciate this type of art.
