As a European viewer, luckily I can continue to enjoy BRT channel. It's my chance to see the fantastic landscape of the United States. Keep up the good work 👍
Steve, we're heading into the next era of adaption - rules are going to keep changing and shifting like the weather, so the ability to adapt is perfect! YOUR safety and record of integrity continues to be a role model for everyone! 👍ps, Premier replays are just fine!
I'm with you all the way, Steve! I was a company driver myself for a time in the 90s, so I certainly understand the legalities and need to protect your career. Keep the sunny side up!
For every downside, I see at least just as much positives! Sure, the live-streaming of drives may be over, but that gives you a lot more freedom with recording your drives. Now, you can opt to stream in either 1080p or 4K depending on your mood, and even in HDR at either resolution if your equipment can do that too! And you can do all of that without having to fight the dreaded buffer monsters. Some of us will miss the livestreams dearly, but 95% or more of us have full trust in you to keep BRT true to its mission - showing off America's beauty from Wallace, Idaho to the middle of Nebraska to the busy Northeast. Converting livestreams to premieres is merely a small speed bump in that mission.
I completly agree with the situation as explained. Working for a company with our own tractor trailer drivers I'm aware of the restriction. Most days im so busy during the day at work that I really miss most of the live broadcasts and catch up on past trips. This will all work out.
Well this stinks, but if BRT has shown anything over the years, it's sticking to the rules and regulations and "doing it right all the time!" So if that means the live streaming while driving is gone and everything is the day or two after....then that's life baby! LOL The live chats during the Premieres will continue as will everything else, including live streaming when Steve wants to/can from truck stops. No worries from me...let's keep the wheels moving and enjoy the ride, even if it is the next day. I love that Steve kept the streaming going as LONG as he could without getting into trouble. BTW....PURDY sunset from Virginia tonight!! WOW!!
I watch live if I like the location. As a former trucker, I did I-80 often. When I see Wyoming or Utah come up, I'm watching and yelling at the screen "I've been there!". Otherwise, I'll watch the non live for many other locations.
Steve, we are never leaving BRT and we will watch you in any format you are able to provide! All the best! Love from Marianna in Houston to you as you navigate this new adventrue..Can't wait to see the premiers!
I was bummed been watching for 2 years but you changed my life to the way i love trucking thank you ❤ thank you bigrigsteve your my favorite youtuber and trucker hopefully we can get west soon though to make up.
been watching since 2018, and will still continue to watch no matter what way the trips are done. It sucks that the bad eggs have to ruin things for everyone else, that's why there is always some crappy regulations made by a governing body. People just need to start using common sense and stop doing all the stupid stuff that ends up ruining it for the ones who do it right
@BigRigTravels I never timed it but I will try and pay more attention next time I watch a video. Live stream interruptions seemed more like 45 minutes. I admit you are a lot better than many videos. Some have up to three interruptions in a ten minute one.
It’s hands-free, attention-free streaming. But, The Company says no, it’s a no. DOT, I think a judge would throw it out. But, Company says no, that’s all you need to know. Keep on truckin’, Steve!
I am sad to hear about this but I understand. As you said, a few bad apples ruin it for everyone. I am glad to hear you are going to find ways to keep certain elements live when it is legal and safe to do so.
We can vouch for you Steve, you we're always on it , your Safety is excellent look at the footage for God sake ... !!! You safely change lanes too avoid risk of accidents . Your record speaks for itself

Steve, here’s an idea from left field; look into the possibility of streaming your content to Germany Jens who in turn routes it onto you tube from Germany! 😎😁🤠😊
What abut possibly either re-introducing snowman while driving live or if not then at least having snowman on when parked (live)? Or would the snowman while driving be a violation? If so, then at least while parked? I miss the snowman images especially at the truck stop!
Steve, I’m very disappointed, but I understand that you are compelled to stop live broadcasting the actual driving. You have to do what you have to do. I will still be here to watch your recordings.
Oh man!! I didnt expected this "spanish inquisition" on live streaming in America🥺 ... Im just disapointed and SAD! I believed public space is just public. Your drive safety standards are allways super high - much higher than some other unresponsible drivers i saw around you (goobersnorts:) Sorry for my very simple english... You Tube probably likes this. There are more ad interruptions on pre-recorded videos than live streams. I noticed that here too.
i manually place 1 ad every 20 minutes. are you seeing more than that?
@BigRigTravels I never timed it but I will try and pay more attention next time I watch a video. Live stream interruptions seemed more like 45 minutes. I admit you are a lot better than many videos. Some have up to three interruptions in a ten minute one.

It is also a Federal rule, so not just his company. Plus many state laws prohibit it as well.
This is why we can’t have nice things…. Live stream is important viewing. Dash cams are in many vehicles…

Dang. He’s gotta do what he’s gotta do, dumb rules for sure. Reality is, we won’t be watching as much if it isn’t live. God bless, and rock on!

yes, snowman will be returning to the front page of the website. we are revamping him now. stay tuned
How does this affect passengers? Can they livestream from the shotgun seat since they don't operate the vehicle?

TH-cam? Get your act together. That's bull crap that Steve cannot record live as he's driving. He does not look at the chats while he's driving
Has nothing to with TH-cam new rules buy the FMCSA that effects all trucker that live stream in the USA
