Spider-Man 2099 Tribute

Shocking hell! It’s Spider-Man 2099! That’s right, folks, my tribute to the one and only Miguel O’Hara is here! It’s always sucked that Miguel hasn’t had much in the way of adaptions aside from a couple games and the Ultimate Spider-Man show. In particular for me because not counting Venom, Miguel’s my second favourite spider-person, with Miles in first place and Peter in third. So when ATSV dropped this year, you can bet I was very pleased. Miguel absolutely owned every scene he was in and has by now more than made his mark on the general fandom.
Whilst I’m not 100% on board with his goals in the movie and how little his actual story as an Alchemax geneticist is explored, I very much appreciate his personality as a very moody, broody and aggressive Spider-Man. One of my favourite things about the 2099 universe is how it’s a perfect example of 1990’s edge, and Miguel’s portrayal in the movie I feel captures that very well.
Getting clips of this guy, in spite of how popular he now is, was much more frustrating than you might think. First of all I wanted to include clips of him from the games and few other things he’s appeared in, which meant rifling through tons of walkthroughs and disjointed TH-cam clips, and then for the movie clips, there was never a video that just had all scenes in one, every one I downloaded I noticed had something I wanted missing, however significant or insignificant, and those that had them turned out to be oversaturated and over-filtered thirst edits, cause half of you guys really can’t keep it under control…good lord the things I’ve seen people make of this man…anyway, that’s all for now everybody, excelsior! And may this prepare you for the dark future…
