I appreciate and love those customized cakes, especially the purple one! I like that they are not fondant cakes. But, I'm curious are the designs you put on those customized cake, like the purple cake, are edible?
yes the cake is edible but if the decor is paper or plastic it's not edible some people want fondant/chocolate decor then it's edible but those cost more as it's all hand done. The paper/plastic is a good alternative if people have lower budgets.

yes our customers like fruit and cream cakes with a lot of chiffon. mousse cakes have too much cream and very little cake so doesn't sell that well to Mandarin speaking clients so we have a bit of both for different clients.
