Opening Ceremony of 11th Asian Youth Training Camp & Coaching Course 2023 Colombo, Sri Lanka

The Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) launched its highly anticipated 11th Asian Youth Training Camp and Coaching Course (Air Rifle) yesterday in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The event was inaugurated with a grand opening ceremony held at the Mount Lavenia Hotel in Colombo, organized by the National Shooting Sport Federation of Sri Lanka. The ceremony was graced by the presence of ASC President H.E. Sheikh Salman AlSabah and Secretary General H.E. Eng. Duaij AlOtaibi, who served as the chief guests.
During his speech, ASC President Sheikh Salman AlSabah highlighted the significance of such courses in fostering the growth of shooting in the Asian region. He expressed his gratitude to the President H.E. Shirantha Peris and Secretary Mr. Pradeep Edirisinghe of the National Shooting Sport Federation of Sri Lanka and their team for their efforts in organizing the event and for their warm hospitality.
The training camp and coaching course are aimed at nurturing young talents in the field of air rifle shooting. The event provides a platform for future shooters to enhance their skills under the guidance of experienced coaches. Both ASC President Sheikh Salman AlSabah and Secretary General Eng. Duaij AlOtaibi extended their congratulations to the participants and coaches, wishing them success in their endeavors.
