I'm so glad to hear someone talking up Eyes Closed, bc that scent is so underrated. It's cozy and mouthwatering and spicy all at once. I don't understand why people don't talk about it more! It was a love-at-first-sniff for me.
I agree with you on Velvet Haze. 😅 It’s not an instant crowd pleaser. On my skin, it dries down to somewhat like Jo Malone’s English Pear and Freesia for some reason. I like wearing it in the fall/winter time. Love your channel, by the way! 👍🏻
That's the first time I heard someone compare Velvet Haze to English Pear. But yeah, I really loved wearing it during colder months. It's a warm hug in a bottle! Haha. Thanks for dropping by!
Bal afrique is only full bottle byredo i have so far its one of my signature perfume. Starting to love iris or violet. Only bullion and Animalique are 2 i have not tested yet. Love all you feature (i just need to save more😅 tl get these) And planning to get Velvet haze, Eyes closed, Bibliotheque ( it reminds me of diptique ink-ricepaper scent called l'eau papier), inflorescence, la Tulipe, Sundazed and Rose of no man's kineso. Scent has no gender label. Men are sweet tooth or love fruit and florals too.
Interesting you had a L'Eau Paper experience with Bibliotheque coz to me the Diptyque one is quite timid in comparison to Bibliotheque. But I think I get what you mean. But yes, Bal D'Afrique is definitely iconic even if it's not easily a crowd pleaser!@@neilsant1194
i have about 40 bottles of perfume but none of them is from this house. i tried many times in mecca but dont know why i just didn't buy any. gypsy water was the first one i was interested, next was the Tulip, then inflorecence.. tried many times but still didnt buy any of them😅
No, I get it. Even if the brand's whole DNA is perfectly easy to understand, not all perfumes are for everyone! But you should definitely try them out on your skin specially Bal D'Afrique!
Mixed Emotions is a masterpiece, an underrated gem. Great video.
Thank you, Christopher! ✨
❤ Velvet Haze is my favorite Byredo fragrance. It's a solid niche house I truly enjoy. Their scents are pleasant and unique.
Fellow velvet haze lover! ❤️✨

It's an iris lover's dream! And by dream I mean another reason to spend money on! Hahaha.

When i got bal d afrique, I always try to avoid hyped perfume but when i tested them all, bal d afrique left extremely beautiful drydown on my skin.
