Thanks for this video. I couldn't figure out how to take the bottles out. I got my machine for Christmas and just took it out of the box. I have 2 months of capsules ready to go.

You should have put it through the rinse cycle first. I had a time with the bottle's as well. but I followed everything step by step and it worked out well. cheers 🥂
I planned to try it again but when I went to exchange the machine they were sold out.

I made that mistake and hunnie that drink was Strong 😂
I have the original machine (for two years), with the four bottles, so it's made differently. Can I ask you, where did you get the margarita lovers box? I've never seen that one.

I got this for my wife for Christmas, but I can't get it to drain the cannisters. I'm on my 2nd one and it still won't work. I'm not sure if I have to do something first or not, but the First Use and Rinse yields no results.
I’m having the same issue! I received mines for Christmas and it’s not pulling the liquor or the water to make the drinks. Unfortunately I have went through two boxes of pods trying to figure it out. I’m thinking about purchasing another one as well. “Please help” What am I doing wrong?
@@Shertreese32 I took the water container off and put it back on firmly. I really pressed down on it. That somehow engaged some sensor and it's been working ever since. I'm afraid that's the only suggestion that I have for you and I hope that it works. Let me know. But the Bartesian 55 series with 4 containers is constructed differently and didn't have any issues right out of the box.
