I found that weird and odd as to what appeared to be a police car just drive right past the burning cycle without stopping to check it out, block traffic on that end and to make sure the fire truck has easy access to it and to keep people away from the fire it self and assist fire with traffic blockage etc, as we do here in the USA , but nice video.
