Hi Alison, I suggest you to have a look at the composition of Bruce Springsteen's band. ..the settings, the musicians, the scope that he added and converted that into Fame and Success and still going STRONG. You guys have it... and please add some numbers your way the numbers Bruce has done that earned him reputation for his voice and music.
