    Nice vlog, Gaurav & Avi, and thank you for sharing your experience.
    Our experience is the same, but the country is different. I came to Saudi Arabia in 2010 from scratch, we built everything here. Once kids grow up, you have to move from Gulf countries. Then we decided to move to another country. I was so confused about whether I should move to the UK or NZ, which would be better for us. I have a job offer in both countries. Finally, we decided to move to the UK after seeing your videos.
    InshaAllah, we are planning to move to the UK in May 2024, and most probably, I will try to meet you guys in the UK with my family.
    Avi - I am in the same cybersecurity field, handling cybersecurity audits, and now I will be going to handle techno commercials for cybersecurity products.

    Me & My wife shifted to UK just last year in March of 2023 on a skilled worker visa. All I can say that its definitely worth moving to the UK from India at least for us. We both were working in India for over 14 years in our separate fields but still could not afford to buy home in Delhi. Its just been 9 months here in UK and we are planning to buy our own home within next 2 years.. And i can tell you its not just another home. Its a home in South London. Not far from Central London. People who lives in UK know what I am talking about 😅

    Hey guys, I really love your videos and they are so genuine and real.
    I had a question to ask you. Did you always had it in mind to buy a house coz you wanted to settle here?
    Do you think it's worth to think about buying a house , getting a driving licence, getting a pension plan worth it if you have not thought of staying in UK for a longer term.
    I would love to hear your views as its been 1.5 years for me in UK now and I am really confused.

    • @HumTumInEngland
      @HumTumInEngland  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      it depends on your personal circumstances.. if you can afford your own house then why renting and paying someone else’s mortgage.. you can sell your house within a week or two in the Uk even if you plan to go back..so plan accordingly!

      Firstly we don’t convince anyone to be in the UK and everyone’s experience is difference.. Also that’s true! You may get better salary these days there.. but how would you get same work culture, same mindset, same work life balance? Don’t think everyone can get it.. some MNC’s may have better work culture but not all..

I would suggest agar specifics leke samjhate toh jayada worth it hota specially for people who are confused and looking to reside back to India etc

    Not agree with food review. Asian food is worst in uk no taste nothing compare to india. Mostly processed food here Nothing is fresh . Weather is very depressive very bad . No socialisation and u can see easily loneliness in British people.

      Completely agree with you. Our native country is always a home place. To go and settled in developed country should not be challenging because they have made those things for their citizens and one who is coming here should admire and has to make efforts to change in their home country.
