I'm a million+miler with Alaska Airlines. I've flown many of the Burbank to Seattle flights from 2004 to present. On many occasions, Rod has been one of the flight attendants . I can happily state, after having the privilege of flying many of his flights, that Rod is absolutely one of Alaska Airlines very best flight attendants! I am yet to experience flying with any of the Alaska FAs but they all seem mature (including their the younger generation FAs), poised, professional, very well put together, pleasant/ cheerful disposition and responsible!
It must be a joy to both work and be served by Alaska FAs and that's says a lot about the Alaska company culture within + their hiring process = certainly they are getting something right!!!

Being a flight attendant is my passion and dream job. I just applied. You are an inspiration, and are what I hope to become someday as an Alaska Airlines "family member"..

Alaska is the only state in the United States that has an airline named after it.

And the Central + State Governments should strive and fight for Alaska Airlines to maintain it's Autonomy .... In as much as I Love Delta and really looking forward to work for them someday, I am not happy with the current encroaching Delta is trying to have on Alaska with even possibilities of a take over of the latter by the former ... Being the only Airline to be named after a State and actually doing well, is part of a major national heritage that should be cherished forever as long as it's all good! Way to Go Alaska Airlines, Keep Flying High...!!!

There should be a disclaimer....Things portrayed in this video, may not be what they appear. Just another airline publishing a commercial with employees who obviously were told, be happy, if you don't appear to be happy, you';ll be working at a Drive thru

Just me: you are wrong!! you have no idea how many thousands of pretty boys and girls apply constantly to be considered for a flight attendant position. The competition to work for Alaska Airlines is very severe.....it is truly the best airline in the U.S.!!

All your videos are so informative and well done. That warm, friendly, family feeling really shines through. Alaska Airlines positive energy is so refreshing. I flew for airlines for twenty-one years. If I were in the West Coast, I'd be applying immediately to join your fabulous airline.
