I can totally relate with Kylie. That's exactly my way of coping. Whenever I get overwhelmed with so much stress (work, family, friends, relationship, etc) and different emotions all happening at the same time (basically, feeling burnt out), my way of coping is to just disconnect with the world and the people around me. Like I just want to be alone and be free of my worries and everything. It may seem depressing and lonely, but I feel free and happy when I do this. I'd rather do this than end up feeling depressed again and be always on the verge of suicide/feeling suicidal.
It's like when a computer/phone is running multiple programs and applications at the same time, it gets overwhelmed what to process first and the computer/phone ends up freezing. It stays frozen for a while unless you force close all the programs running or force shutdown/unplug it. This is exactly me. My mind and body can only handle so much.

Si Kylie yung tao na "ayaw makasakit, ayaw magbitaw ng salitang alam nyang makakasakit or makakaapekto sa tao" kasi ayaw nyang masira lalo na kung sa taong minahal nya at may pinagsamahan sila. Dibale ng sya yung mag suffer wag lang yung iba. Madaling magsabi ng masasakit na word or ilagilag ang isang tao. Pero she chose not to. When you look at her, alam mong nasasaktan pa din sya. Pero how she processed all those things, all those happenings super hirap. I salute her. There's no bitterness at all pero you knew na she's still processing, she's still hurt, she's still sad makikita mo sa eyes nya. I hope and I pray na maging totally happy and healed ang heart nya.

Pinanood ko yung buong video kasi feeling ko makakatulong to sa sarili ko paano madaling makalimot, I've been crying these past few days, until now it hurts pa rin. But, with Kylie's answers to Meme's questions unti-unti ko nang natatanggap na wala na talaga kaming pag-asang magbalikan ng ex ko. What's important is at least nilaban ko yung pamilya namin. Break up is not really easy talaga . I’ve been there sa situation na need na talagang e let go. My ex proposed to me then after that Wala ng plan. Lagi na msg aaway. Humantong sa need ko ng umuwi ng pinas we’ve tried na mag LDR Pero Di talaga Kaya. He broke up with me sa araw ng anniversary namn . Then after months he already have a girlfriend. I admit at first it’s not easy to move on I tried to fix our relationship but he don’t want to fix it anymore. So I need to let go of him and move forward . I never thought I cannot get out in that situation but now I can say that I finally recover and happy doing my own things.
I can still see the pain in her eyes even she try to hide it. But i admire her for being strong.
Kylie & I have the same coping mechanism, I always disconnect to people if fresh pa yung problem ko. I always make sure that when people knows what’s happineng, may mga plans na ako on How to solve that issues.
