- मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ((DY Chandrachud On Law Minister) ने न्यायपालिका (Judiciary) के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों, कॉलेजियम (Collegium) सिस्टम और कानून मंत्री (law minister) को लेकर अहम बयान दिया। सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि मेरे 23 साल के जज के कार्यकाल में किसी ने मुझे यह नहीं बताया कि केस का फैसला कैसे करना है। इतना ही नहीं उन्होंने साफ कहा कि मैं इस मुद्दे पर कानून मंत्री (law minister) के साथ (kiren rijiju ) उलझना नहीं चाहता, क्योंकि हमारी अलग-अलग धारणाएं हो सकती हैं। हमारे विचार अलग हो सकते है इसमें कुछ गलत नहीं है।

Our judiciary is helpless , even they can't control justice of High court. In one case two benches of Rajasthan highcourt given opposite desition. Our present CJI given many opposite desition from his seriors ( even his father's) . They're interpretation are as per their wishes

Why CJI is too submissive before this thug Minister of Modi? It is the responsibility of the SC to ensure that the ministers are abiding to the oath they took. Washing hands from that responsibility is showing only the lack of courage in our sitting judges. As per the Indian constitution, these ministers cannot have their own virtues those are against the Judiciary of the country. Even his master modi is not above the judiciary and shall fall in line. It is an utter shame that cowbelt can't produce people like T N Sheshan.

Correct law minister is like finance minister and defence minister not educated in theur respective ministerial subject. They came through lobbying and oiling the pm, they are helped by the IAS guys who will speak and act 8nky what the minister wants to hear and see. Rotten democracy of 8bdua allows such uneducated types to become minister.

You are absolutely wrong. Is there any test or agency to evaluate the talent of the lawyer who is promoted as a judge. The collegium system picks there near and fears and relatives to the high court and supreme court The judges are picked up without any test or competitions. That is why the very low and shameful standard we are seeing of the supereme court judges and the high courts why the cannot be a UPSC like system which organizes the all India competition for making judges.

Judiciary should be independent . All courts be provided full judges. If required increased for getting early justice because almost appeals filed after every judgement. No dates be demanded just to delay matters. Thax
Every body want that judiciary should be independent but what about collegium? Why do CJI are only from a limited families ? Why do a transperent system of CJI appointment not introduced other than collegium? No collegium system is mentioned in Constitution. So, CJI appointment criteria should be like UPSC exam. That's my view and also I do support the independent of Judiciary.

अवार्ड में भी अगर तीस वर्ष तक न्याय नहीं मिले, तो इसको न्याय कहेंगे।
तीस वर्ष पश्चात साधारण ब्याज, थोड़ी सी कॉस्ट और जुर्माना; न्याय का शेर नहीं कहला सकता।
न्याय में अगली तारीख की दरिंदगी, पर न्यायलय रोक लगा पाने में अक्षम ही रहा है।
क्यो सामान्य परिवार का वकील सुप्रीम कोर्ट का जज नही बनता. परिवार वाद खात्मा होना चाहिए
कॉलेजियम का चुनाव क्षेत्र 200 परिवार तक ही सीमित है जब कि भारत में परिवारों की संख्या करोड़ से भी ज्यादा है। इस कारण परिवारवाद है। छुट्टियों में जज महोदय बहुत काम करते हैं। बहुत काम के बारे में सारा भारत जान चुका है। इस कारण ,कोई टिप्पणी नहीं।

No , they never go through it. They depend upon the advocates & who gives them more share money they gave the verdict in his favour. The modus operandi is Tarik pe Tarik to loot money for decades by country verdict by different court .

The citizens have lost faith in judicial system. 8 cr spent on a single judge to unearth chit fund scam , what is result. Why the case dragging for decades. Why expensive advocates win the cases. Why different verdict by different court on same matter. Why llb graduates r pleading in all matters starting from finance military, technology without domain knowledge. Who is judging judges . Chandrachud ji asked why sena cut the relationship with MVA without asking why udhab cut the relationship with BJP after 20 yrs even after wining the election just to be CM. what was the need of 9 days lost by SC bench involving kapil & manu . The litigation was to loot from both party through advocates. Worst judiciary in the world.
जजों की नियुक्ति colegium से ही होना चाहिए। उसमे वरिष्ठ जजों के माध्यम से नियुक्ति होती है, जो कानून तथा गुणों के ग्याता होते हैं। नेता तो चमचों को नियुक्त करेंगे, फिर न्याय कैसे मिलेगा। न कानून जानकर मंत्री यही चाहते हैं। जागो जनता जागो।

Higher Judiciary must give attention to increase the Strength of Indian Legal Fraternity by adopting various activities to attract present youth in Law graduates available in the country and to curtail unhealthy occupation of very few senior Lawyers from last 3 to 4 decades.
