Hey I’m sorry this is really late. I have a question for you. Have you reached out to Bandai themselves? They have merged with Bluefin. The action base adapter is a huge issue. If I were you I would reach out to them. They may help you receive a new head for the figure. I seen a Japanese review and the person just for a new figure. These are mass produced. Some of the figures have many issues, defects, nap makers and poor paint applications. They really need to do a better good with quality control.
I have a personal history with Image Anime, they're greedy af and couldn't give a fuck less about you once they have your money, but that shouldn't discourage you from getting Epyon. Just buy it from a more reputable source.
It sucks your v-in broke. You can use clamp style action figure stand like Soul STAGE ACT.4 (for example). They have screws to tighten the support. It's secure and can certainly holds the weight as I use this action base for my metal robot spirit wing zero. Epyon is going to be awesome though. I already pre-ordered it on p-bandai and can't wait.
I am wondering why Image Anime would not give you a refund or exchange. If they are an official distributor, they can return the defective item to the manufacturer.
It’s beautiful…it seems solid…but for the size and the prize of this figure?! I don’t know. It just doesn’t seem fair that it only stands 6 inches tall…I’ve bought 1:6 scale figures with a bit of a higher quality than this in the same price range. Its the only deal breaker for me.
I don’t blame you for the pricing, it’s definitely a huge asking price for admission. I really wanted it because I was thrilled that Bandai was finally showing love to the Okawara version of Wing Zero.

How is this compared with the size of the mg proto zero...sry cant tell at 3:19? Omg they finally got the shoulder gun right.
So the Metal Robot Wing Zero is about 5.5 inches while Proto Zero is closer to 6.5

I think it’s because it didn’t come broken on my package. They were like “it broke on your watch not ours, sorry”.
it happened to me too, i have strip one of the pin in my adaptor piece in the screw hehehe
